Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any dishes used. Unit does not have dishwasher.
Please do not eat in bedrooms.
Only use digital lock to unlock and lock door. If key is needed there will be a $30 delivery fee required.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED! NO MORE THAN 15 PEOPLE IN UNIT AT ONE TIME. IF PARTY IS GIVEN YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. WITH NO REFUND
If any damage is done to property guests are responsible for compensation of damages. $500 fee applies if evidence of smoking in unit is found.
Early checkin and late checkouts are available upon requests for a fee of $50 if host is able to accommodate.

I thought the Detroit Sports motif was nice. The place is clean and well appointed. While not a negative it should be noted that if you have trouble with stairs this rental is a 2nd floor.Also if you’re an obese person like me you will have trouble in the bathroom because the door is tight getting in and out.If I am able I will be coming back. It’s a nice place

Host was quick to respond to the concerns that we mentioned upon our arrival so we were grateful for that. Thankfully our family does not have small children or elderly because the steep staircases to the living area and bedrooms would have been too dangerous for them to navigate. The rooms and bedding were adequate. The bathroom was tiny with a very narrow pathway between door and sink, but was adequately supplied with necessities. The refrigerator fan made such a horrible noise that we had to unplug it. Parking in the driveway was shared with tenants in adjacent apartment. Locking and unlocking of main door worked perfectly and provided reasonable security.

This is not a condo, it is an overrepresented 2nd floor apartment, and I would not recommend staying here. The photos in the listing seem to have strategically excluded the flaws. The entry (which is not pictured in the listing and does have incredibly steep stairs that some may have a very hard time with) appears to be in the middle of drywall repair. There is an old, non-working refrigerator in the kitchen. One of the queen beds had springs protruding up from the surface. The "loft" had acoustic tiles stuck onto the ceiling, but several had fallen or were in the process of falling off. The bathroom is so tight, some of the taller people in our group had a very hard time sitting on the toilet as their knees were on the edge of the tub when doing so.Putting all of that aside, we likely could have been happy enough with this place, but unfortunately it didn't appear to have been cleaned very well; hair around the toilet base & side of the tub, and dirty floors.Lastly, if you want coffee, be sure to bring some k-cups.

Hi Ana. Thank you for your honest review. My apologies the upper duplex unit did not meet your expectations. Please allow me to address your concerns: 1. It is not listed as a condo. It states upper unit duplex. I have added a picture listening the exact amount of steps it takes to get to the unit. 2. The home is undergoing minor paint repairs. Unfortunately, guests sometimes dont always leave things as they find them. 3. The white refrigerator there was a loaner brought in for another guests due to refrigerator repair that needed to be done. I have been actively working with the appliance store to pick up the appliance. 4. The tiles in the loft bedroom sometimes come down due to the heat from the skylight window. They have been replaced. 5. The bathroom is on the smaller side but that is not something I am able to change. I appreciate your business!
