This luxury beachfront home, which was completed in August 2013 and re-decorated in 2017, is located on Island Drive in North Topsail Beach. This home is part of the Ocean Ridge Village homeowners community. Our key-less entry check-in will ensure immediate access to the property and eliminate the need for picking up/dropping off keys at check-out.
With spacious common living areas, a very large kitchen intended for gatherings, and multiple beachfront decks, this large home caters well to multiple families by offering many places to convene and socialize. At the end of the night, families can retreat into one of 8 bedrooms, 7 with their own bathroom and 32” flat screen tv or the lower level Bonus Room. With solid-core bedroom doors and sound-proofing insulation in all the interior walls, families can enjoy the privacy of their own bedroom retreats.

First floor: This level which provides you access to the elevator, houses the Bonus Room with ping pong table, basketball game, tv, and sofas on one side, and a garage/storage area complete with beach chairs/toys and grill on the other. There are 4 parking passes assigned to the property, which allows for driveway parking, with another 2 cars inside the garage. The private outdoor shower is also located on this level on the back deck.
Second Floor – This is the main bedroom level. There are 4 bedrooms on this floor as outlined below.
Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with handicap-accessible bathroom/shower. Faces beach with private doors to deck.
Bedroom 2 – King bed with full bathroom with tub/shower. Faces beach with private doors to deck.
Bedroom 3 – Two Queen beds and one twin loft, with tub/shower bathroom. Faces sunset and sound views.
Bedroom 4 – Two Queen beds and one twin loft, with shower stall bathroom. Faces sunset and sound views.
The laundry room also sits on this floor, as well as a hallway wet bar complete with mini-fridge and microwave, for those wanting a late night snack or early morning coffee accessible right outside of their bedroom. A chest freezer provides a means to store multiple bags of ice, or any excess freezer goods. The hallway also leads to the deck which provides beach access to everyone in the house without going through any bedrooms. This deck is where you will find the 6-person hot tub, as well as plenty of deck furniture.
Third Floor – This floor houses the great room, kitchen, and bedroom 5, which can also be used as a den with private tv viewing. The great room features multiple seating areas and a 55” flat screen tv that sits over a gas fireplace. A large wet bar provides additional refrigeration for your beverages and the new built-in ice machine ensures that your drinks will always be cold. One of the sofas is a queen pullout. The kitchen centers around 2 large islands and has stainless steel appliances, including a Jenn-Air cook-top and double wall ovens. The newly added KitchenAid mixer will delight the cooks and bakers in your group, as well as the fully stocked cookware and serving pieces, service for over 24 guests, and almost every imaginable kitchen gadget you could ask for. Additional seating is available at the bar height counter, console table that opens for 4-8, and on the full deck which overlooks the beautiful beach.
Bedroom 5 – Queen sofabed, shower stall bathroom with hall and bedroom access.
Fourth Floor – The topmost stop for the elevator will lead you to three bedrooms. Stepping forward from the elevator will lead you to a cozy little loft area, opening to one of the front decks where you can enjoy the sunset over the sound.
Bedroom 6 – King bed, shower stall bathroom
Bedroom 7 – King bed, shower stall bathroom with access from hall
Bedroom 8 - Queen bed, access to bathroom off hall, and beautiful private oceanfront deck with lounge chairs.

PLEASE NOTE: Requests for cancellation of this lease must be stated in writing. If a cancellation is made six months prior to check-in date, there will be a 100% refund of any monies already collected. If a cancellation is made within six months of the check-in date and the property is re-rented, monies paid by the Tenant will be returned less 15% of the total rental amount, and less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent the property. In the event the property is not re-rented, the balance of the rent under this lease shall be due and payable in full. Effort will be made to re-rent the property upon receipt of the written request, however, there is no guarantee this will happen. Owner will not be responsible for reimbursing any fees that have already been paid out or are due a third party. The Tenant must seek reimbursement directly from the third party. If you feel there is a chance you may have to cancel, it is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance when booking, which is available through VRBO or privately.
