Late Checkout Policy: After 30 min, guests will be charged $50/hr beyond 11am checkout time unless additional overnight stay is booked before 11am.

This was a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Very well taken care of and easy instructions from the host. So much better than staying in a hotel! Plenty of room and a nice backyard spot to relax! Would definitely recommend!
