Beachy colors welcome you in this two-bedroom 1st floor walk-up. It’s perfect for up to 6 people. You will know you are in Florida with touches like the “It's 5 o'clock Somewhere” clock.

Enjoy relaxing at the outdoor table with the famous Pensacola Beach sign tabletop in the evening as cool breezes off of the water blow by.

The open kitchen design seats 4 comfortably at the bar. The living room has a large comfy sofa and reclining chair. The master bedroom, second bedroom, and sleeper sofa are all queen-size beds. The master has an en suite bathroom and the guest bath is just off of the main living area.

Enjoy the view of Pensacola Bay from the 96 square foot deck. Take lots of pictures to show friends!

Very clean house! Very nice and new furniture! Great view and short walk to the bay! The ocean was just a short walk down and across the road! We would stay again!

The Baywatch property was very nice. We loved the layout and we love the fact that it was in the middle of everything in pensacola beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Very Nice Location

The location right between the bay and the beach is great. Distance to beach access is walkable even carrying lots of stuff for kids. Cleanliness of place was Ok but not great. Our feet were dirty walking on the tile floors right after arrival. The size of the unit is small when you have the couch bed down--just enough room to walk around to get outside, but that was as expected and was fine. I was however frustrated at the lack of basic items provided in the condo, for instance, there was no dish soap. One spare trash bag meant we had to buy a box of trash bags (at ten cents a piece for the clear bags, I really don't understand the need to be stingy in just providing a roll of extra trash bags). We had one individual power pack of laundry detergent, which they wanted us to use to wash sheets on the way out, so if we wanted to do laundry, we'd have to buy a whole bottle of detergent. Again, it's just not that expensive to provide a cheap bottle... No basics like shampoo, conditioner, body wash. I just have gotten used to most VRBO's and all hotels providing these basics that it just seems pretty standard, and strange to not provide them. Communication via text and email with the property managers was great and very responsive.

2024 vacation

We had an amazing time. Exhausted by check out. Great location to the beach and a short drive to the bay side for the little one to play. We will be coming back.

Anniversary/Wife's birthday getaway

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay in this Baywatch property on Pensacola Beach. We have stayed in multiple units in the Baywatch condos and never had any issues or problems. Communication and check in was easy,Sam was there within minutes of us arriving to greet us and go over check in instructions. Condo is well equipped with everything you need for your stay and I have to say,the patio table on the balcony is one of the best I've seen. Yes,this building is older. I do not have an issue with that because they are more affordable than some of the newer properties on the beach and as long as its clean on the inside,I'm good. And this one is. We had a fun filled week full of sun,sand,water,dolphins and Blue Angels! And dined at some of our favorite spots and added some new ones to the rotation as well. Great food and live music. We love Pensacola and can't wait for our next visit!! Til next time...✌️❤️🏴‍☠️

Cute but needs updated furniture

Cute small condo with great location. Couch needs updated badly. It was the main seating and it was very uncomfortable to sit on due to needing repaired or replaced. I also question the cleaning fee.if we have to take trash out and strip beds,why do we have to pay for cleaning fee.?

Amazing Host

My family and I love staying at this property every year when we visit Pensacola Beach. It is a very laid-back, friendly environment, and the and the property is beautiful! We had never stayed in this particular condo at Baywatch until this year. Unfortunately, we did encounter a minor problem with our condo. The issue was beyond anyone's control but we did have to contact the owners and property managers to help resolve the issue. They were extremely friendly, quick to respond, and helped us resolve our issue. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is visiting the area. Our family had a wonderful time and we can't wait to return to this property again next year!

Great location, manager was great, place was good with a few minor issues pots and pans were not clean dishwasher was broken other then that we had a great time even with the heat and hurricane threat.

1150 Ft Pickens

The property was not as represented in the photos. The actual unit was in disrepair. There wasn’t a handle or lock on the sliding door. There was a bar you could put in the door to lock it. The vent in the bathroom was hanging and needed a screw. Most importantly, the electrical outlet in the guest bedroom was separated from the wall and there were exposed wires. I felt that could be life threatening to our 1 year old. I will say that when I reported it to surf side properties, they did fix it within a few hours. Another issue was palmetto roaches running through the unit at night. In addition the pictures did not accurately describe the unit. There was orange construction netting on the balcony and all of the docks going to the water were netted and closed. I feel that VRBO should have vetted the property, especially the dangerous electrical situation. I am extremely dissatisfied and feel that I did not get what I paid for. I will stick to hotels in the future. I will never patronize a VRBO property in the future.

4th of July!! Blue Angels!!

My family and I had a most wonderful stay at Baywatch A1! We had adults and kids and the room was perfect. The boys were small enough that the sofa bed worked great. The condo was very clean and the location of condo was EXCELLANT! Because it was such a busy time for PB we were far enough from the crowds but not too far to go and join in the fun. We would absolutelt stay again! Thsnk you Surfside Properties!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Great spot for friends or whoever to getaway for a short trip. Excellent beaches just across the street. Great night life at the board walk and tons of trolley/golf cart services to take you you and from! All in all an excellent stay.

Weekend getaway

The property was neat and clean. We had mostly what we needed. It would be nice if there were some chairs to take to the beach as well as beach towels. Over all we enjoyed our stay. The view was great, and we had a relaxing time.

Loved our stay!

This is our 2nd yr staying at Baywatch Condos. We will continue to stay at these condos over and over. They are reasonable, roomy, clean and very convenient to everything. Only problem is if you stay on any floor other then 1st floor the stairs are a beating if your older!!

Fantastic stay at Baywatch!!

Our condo was exactly as advertised. Sam was a great help from start to finish! It was a very short walk to the Gulf of Mexico beach access and it was spectacular! Baywatch property was beautiful and very well maintained. We highly recommend a stay at Baywatch 😁

Great place for a vacation

Everything was great from booking to check in to check out. The manager checked on us when we arrived and at checkout. The property was at a great location. Our unit was clean and the perfect size for 2 couples. This is a definite return for us!

Needs TLC

Let me start off by saying Because I own and manage Vacation rentals in another state , I tend to spoil my guest and I notice things that others don’t. The reason we stayed at Baywatch was because we had other family members staying in Baywatch condos and we wanted to be near them . The place Could use some improvements, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Surfside management seem to be doing there job when it came to making ready and communicating with us, but the beds where not the most comfortable, when taking shower in the smaller bath room it flooded the floor and we had to keep a towel in the floor uncertain of the problem but it isn’t my job to figure it out, the dishwasher needs some lining up because it doesn’t want to latch without some maneuvering, the patio furniture is not comfortable ,could use something a bit more comfy it’s very crowded out on the balcony, and the railing around the balcony is about to fall off don’t allow your small children out there, management company said it was the HOA and by the looks of the rest of the exterior,it’s probably true. The is walk up ^^^ if you want to climb 2 flights of stairs, this place is not handicap accessible just FYI. Also the essentials where not there , bring everything because there isn’t even starters such as no paper towels , 1 roll of toilet paper , no dishwasher soap, 1garbage bag , no dish soap , no laundry soap but they ask you to wash your sheets before leaving. All of the above has been standard in most rentals we have stayed in the pass and the ones I own, and it is an inexpensive thing that could be done for your guest to get them started, small gestures go a long way. But in the end we made great memories with family and had great time despite the things that I mentioned, . Thanks for the cookies and the card surfside. I hope this helps to encourage the HOA and owners to get something done!!!
