The Space:

Prepare to relax in this home away from home just a short walk from the beach! Guests of this condo can plan their day at the beach in the living room (cooled by central air conditioning) or on the colorfully furnished private patio. Cook up something tasty in the full kitchen outfitted with ocean-themed details, a Keurig coffee maker, all the tools you need, as well as a dishwasher to help with cleanup. Each bedroom features a TV and ceiling fan, and the shared full bathroom is outfitted with stylish shiplap. Guests of this condo can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor shower and outdoor pool - you may end up spending most of your vacation in the water!



Private beach access is on site, just a short walk from your condo's door. Hop on the free Pensacola Beach trolley and enjoy transportation to popular nearby attractions. Pensacola Beach public beach with shopping and restaurants is just under four miles away, and Fort Pickens-Gulf Island National Seashore is just under seven miles to the northwest.

Clean, equipped with the basics, very easy beach access((1 min from door to beach), away from crowds but just a couple miles down road to the restaurants and shops, nice pool, new coffee shop/convenience store/liquor store across street which is very handy and had not been there on previous visits(this is 4th time staying in this complex, 1st time is this unit) not a lot of demands for checking out which is appreciated. Highly likely we will rent again.

This location is far enough from the busy shopping areas so when you take the short walk to the beach, it's not crowded at all and you can easily find a good spot. The condo was very nice and clean. I love that they have quiet hours. There was only one dresser in the main room to take clothes out of the suitcase so that was shared with the 3 of us that stayed. If we only had things that needed to be hung up, it would have worked out. The last full day there, it rained so we entertained ourselves inside. The space next door was being cleaned and the radio was turned up so loud and the door was being slammed every 5 minutes or so. If it had been a nice day, we wouldn't have even noticed as we would not have been there but being there, it was very annoying. Other than that, this is a perfect place to stay that has a short walk to the beach, access to a pool and just a short drive to dining and shopping options.

This condo was immaculate. So clean! Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. It was stocked with everything we needed. The beach was within walking distance and beautiful. The pool was very nice. We traveled with 3 special needs kids and it was perfect. Would recommend!

Great all around trip and stay at the villa

Had a time good time at the villas on the golf. Great location clean place great customer service etc. all around great experience. Right by the beach and not to far from downtown Pensacola and the beach restaurants.

Great stay at a great location

Great location, adjacent to the beach and close to local attractions. The property was clean, spacious, with all the amenities. Definitely will try to book again in the future.

Excellent location!!

Excellent location. Clean and super cute. The only drawback to this location were the neighbors upstairs with small children running and jumping. I know this is a place fot families so I didn't complain. I will rent again because I too am a parent.

Always a Pleasure

I have been staying at this property for 10 years now and it never disappoints. Very clean, very comfortable, and very relaxing. As long as it's here, I will always stay here when coming to Pensacola Beach.

Not as pictured.

Great beach and location- nice property, description of listing (photos) are deceiving. Much of the decor was changed, dust on blinds, dust on lamp shades, several lightbulbs were blown. Vacasa did make right on the lightbulbs but said they weren’t sure if the property “changed owners”?? as the reason for the pictures not matching the actual condo. Also, photos make condo look WAY larger than it actually is. We were on top of each other as a family of 4 with our infant twins as well. Overall, average for the stay.

Cozy condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and just as expected per the listing other than there were no beach towels and only 2 beach chairs when the listing specified 4 chairs and towels for use. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, and bakeware. The beds were comfy. The proximity to the beach was awesome. It had a very warm and homey feeling and we felt very comfortable.

This property is a short drive from Pensacola Beach and a private beach is within a short walk from unit. The walls seemed paper thin and you could hear everything going on in other rooms and from neighboring units. Beds were less comfortable than my home and both tvs in bedrooms were broken, although property manager did call and alert us that the tvs were broken. We scheduled three nights and then went home after only two. Will not tent this unit again.

Only 50 steps to the Beach!

Family Thanksgiving

Great property -steps away from beach. Loved the dog friendly courtyards and paths. The unit was spacious and had great seating for our extended family to join us for Thanksgiving! My only “but” would be the locked gate and finding the unit -directions were vague and property is not well marked for night arrival, but small issue for such a wonderful few days!!!
