This condo has a perfect view of the bay, right across the street from the gulf. Clean, perfect for family vacation. The host is very responsive and quick to address any needs. We would book this place again for sure.

Very dated condo. Need to upgrade all flooring with no carpet. All rugs and carpet stained and worn out. Outside deck nice but several rugs that were dirty and wet entire stay. Towels supplied were sufficient but also worn.

The condo was clean, well stocked, and in a fantastic location. We enjoyed the bay beach and private pier (even watched dolphins from the pier) and also enjoyed Pensacola Beach across the street. There are many fantastic restaurants nearby as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, very quiet, and well equipped. The kitchen, bathroom, and furniture were all in great condition and had everything we needed.Access to the property was very easy with a door code, which was especially convenient because none of the four of us had to worry about carrying a key.There is a small store for drinks and snacks about a 10-minute walk away, and the ocean-side beach is only about a 5-minute walk from the property. The pool isn’t very large, but our teenagers really enjoyed it.We also really appreciated the beach equipment available under the stairs, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool noodles. It was great to be able to use these instead of having to buy everything ourselves.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and had a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo had beautiful views of the bay and bridge! The windows let in the natural light from the west making the condo cheerful. The furn, beds, decor were carefully chosen highlighting a beach theme. Everything was clean; the beds, kitchen and bathroom. We LOVED it!

We enjoyed our week stay and would definitely return. The condo was clean. Everything is as advertised and look as is shown in the listing pictures. There are a lot of small appliances including an air fryer, toaster, blender and even a crockpot. The overall complex that the condo is in is very cute and welcoming. The pond has a lot of ducks that are very friendly. The pier is cool and has a spot to stand and fish. There is are 2 small beach areas on the property that the condo is in. The access to Pensacola beach is maybe a 3 minute walk in either direction. The parking is big enough for 2 large vehicles. Everything was really great and we enjoyed the area and the condo.

Comfortable Clean

This condo has great view of private pond, swimming pool and bay. Private beach and fishing dock. Unit was very clean with nice amenities. Quality cookware and dishes. Kuerig, blender, air fryer, new appliances. Comfortable and convenient location. Highly recommended. Parking in shade a big plus. Air conditioning works great! Affordable.
