The host or someone was welcoming. We had a problem with the heat for 5 days of no heat. Their initial response was to make sure that the windows were closed which was extremely demeaning and unhelpful. They then sent 2 unqualied people to "look" but do nothing. They finally sent a qualifird repairman who in 5 minutes discovered that the gas to the furnace was turned off. No heat would ever have come on. Otherwise the location near the hospital was excellent for us.
