The beds were a little lumpy and not super comfortable. The shower in Primary bathroom drains slowly and maybe partially clogged. Adequate paper products were lacking. Overall the property is good and has an excellent location.

We truly wish you had let us know about these concerns during your stay. We take a lot of pride in our homes and would have been happy to address anything we could while you were here. We checked in during your 8-night stay but didn’t receive any concerns at the time. Our mattresses are relatively new, but we understand that comfort is very personal. We’ll also be checking the shower drainage right away. We were surprised to hear that paper products were lacking, as we provide two rolls of paper towels (one on the holder and one in the cabinet) and 3–4 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, with additional rolls in the cabinet. We’ll continue to make sure everything is fully stocked and easy to locate for each arrival. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to continue improving our guests’ experience
