We stayed at this house in February for a Work Retreat/Strategy Session and were there for three nights. As a team, we travel a lot and stay in rentals regularly, and this one was by far one of the nicest. It is extremely clean and organized. We all commented on how clean the house is which is so important. It is well stocked with everything one would need for a short stay. The house is even better than the photos. The communication with Kim was great. The house is in a safe neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. The family room and lower-level family room were great for our meetings, including our virtual classes which were seen by all on the large tv screen. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding and towels were wonderful and felt very luxurious. We loved the gas fireplace and that there were warm, clean blankets all over the house. The decorating was minimal and perfect. The dining room table was great for everyone to enjoy lunch together. There is a second kitchen on the lower level which was very convenient. We are 5 women and, on this trip, and all felt like we had our personal space as well as places to gather. Parking- no problem. Bathrooms- immaculate. Looks like it has a great outdoor area too, but we didn’t venture out because of temp, snow, and not having enough time. Would be a great area to relax in spring/summer/fall. We highly recommend this property and will be back again.

Hi everyone, we are parents of a United States Naval Academy graduate. We bought our home 4 years ago when our daughter came to USNA and we have loved every single minute of visiting our home away from home. Now that she has graduated and moved on to commissioning as an ensign, we decided to share our home with others that are visiting the Naval Academy or Annapolis. We hope you love The GOAT Getaway as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We are located in Homewood, which is a wonderful neighborhood full of amazing families. We are only 1/2 mile to the Navy Memorial Stadium so you can walk to the football games and miss all the traffic. We are 1 1/2 miles to gate 1 and it is an easy walk. Lots of restaurants on West street to go to also.

What makes this property unique

Our home offers 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms which is unique in Annapolis. We also have 2 family rooms which is nice for everyone to spread out. We also have a ping pong table which has had so many competitions on it the last 4 years. We are perfectly positioned close enough to USNA yard but a bit away so the Midshipmen can have a break.
