Owner, Jennifer, takes pride in choosing comfy beds, fresh clean linens, beautiful decorations, and fully stocking the kitchen with all your needs. She has provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, board games, and a Nintendo Wii to keep you entertained during your stay.
In the backyard, there is a BBQ for grilling while you and your guest sit around the fire pit or out on the porch.

This house is totally remodeled and a beautifully decorated 2 story house. Downstairs has 2 living rooms, dining area, fully equipped kitchen kitchen, 3/4 bath, laundry room & large porch which opens to landscaped backyard with gas fire-pit & gas BBQ for family grilling.
Upstairs comprises master suite with king bed, balcony
& bathroom with a deep soaking Jacuzzi tub/shower combo and 2 sinks. 2nd bedroom has king bed with attached bathroom which also has hallway access. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Downstairs, the dining area opens onto a large porch with ample space for dining, or just relaxing in the shade. The porch leads to perfect outdoor space for entertaining friends and family.

Jennifer takes great pride in her home, inbetween guests the house is professionally cleaned and will be immaculate when you arrive.

Very clean and comfortable!
The whole experience was exceptional. I was there with 5 other women for a girls-getaway trip and the house was so clean and comfortable. The house is laid out really well and very comfortably furnished. I felt like I was in a brand new model home so it must have been recently and fully renovated. Very nicely done! And, while we didn't get a chance to use it unfortunately, I really liked how the backyard had a cozy fire pit and lots of lounging chairs. The location was really great too as it was just a few blocks to the beach and to shops and restaurants. Also, the owner/property manager was very nice, responsive and accommodating to our questions and needs so really appreciated that. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it!
Impeccable Beach House
I have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this one was by far the most well equipped. The house is adorable and comfortable, very well decorated and completely updated. It is close enough to walk to the beach as well as cute little downtown Seal Beach. Jennifer has gone the extra mile to ensure you have a wonderful experience. From the well stocked kitchen to the TV's with movie channels to the fire pit and available bikes and boogie boards, not to mention the comfy beds! And lots of room for everyone! There is room for one car in the garage and you get a parking pass for street parking too. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with us!
Beautiful Property!! Very roomy and exquisitely and tastefully furnished. Short walk to beach & town
This was a lovely stay. My family and I felt instantly at home in this incredible property. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge as well as the living space. The gas fire pit was very pleasant for after dinner conversation. The morning walks down the pier and to Javatini's for a latte were some of my favorite times. The live music at Bogart's (3 blocks away) were amazing as well. This is the perfect place to call "Home Away". Absolutely wonderful!!
P.S Just watch out for those street sweeping days they'll cost you a cool $50 if you're parked on the wrong side of the street. I found this out the hard way.

The Loft over garage is rented separately and has one assigned parking space within the two car garage. The Loft does NOT share the backyard or fire pit that belongs to the front house property.
