DO NOT BOOK. AWFUL NEIGHBORHOOD. DOOR LOCK BROKE. FURNITURE SMELLED. DISHES AND GLASSES DIRTY. NO HOT TUB WAS A DEFLATED BLOW UP TUB. TOWELS WERE OLD AND THIN. COFFEE MAKER MADE 2 CUPS. Overall, the place was clean. But, there were five large bags of garbage at the back door where the deflated, empty hot tub was located. There were several smoke detectors with no batteries. The third floor shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor, without anyone taking a shower. There is an issue behind the wall. None of the five TV remotes had batteries so no one could watch TV. I communicated this to the host and never got a response. Having no bathroom on the first floor should have been stated in the listing. We had a senior who found it difficult to use the bathroom when we were all sitting around talking.
