Great location, family friendly, and easy to communicate with the host. If you are particular about having white towels, hand towels, and washcloths, bring your own. These items will be in abundance, however, colored. We were out more than in so the accommodations exceeded our needs. Loved the bathrooms and water pressure! Thanks for a great stay at an affordable price!

My family had a great stay! Matt provided very clear check in instructions. The property was clean and comfortable. It was a great value for the location. We could walk or easily catch the subway to where we needed to go. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in the city. The arcade games were a big hit with the kids. I highly recommend staying here!

This place was prime location for our vacation needs. It’s located in a well lit area and a few guys that wanted to go check out the bar scene said it was easy to get back. You are right next to the main road so if you are taking an uber they are right there within minutes. We had 8 guys stay and everyone mentioned how they all had hot water which is surprising for as many showers. If you have guys hangout downstairs and others want to go to bed once the door is closed the noise doesn’t travel. Awesome stay, would recommend.

The location is absolutely fantastic. We were able to walk to so many places quite easily including the subway. My only few concerns were the curtains were about 1.5 inches short for the windows and quite thin so there was a lot of light coming in the bedroom. Additionally, there was a smart thermostat which is great but it would default to higher values in the night. That led us to wake up to have to bring it back down around 3 am.
