Come enjoy a worry-free vacation in this beautiful, fully furnished vacation condo. Two bedroom, two bath fifth floor unit. Master bedroom has queen sized bed with private bath and view of river and pool. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. Living room and balcony have view of pool and river. Kitchen and guest room have view of ocean. Full size kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances with plenty of dishes and cookware.

Assigned parking is just steps from the front door with key fob entry. An extra assigned parking spot may be arranged.

Very clean pool with ample lounge and seating areas.

We offer discounts to members of the military (active, retired or family) as well as educational professionals. Please let us know when you request a quote.

Nice place, not loud

Great place, but a lot of rust on electrical appliances, sinks.

The stove is obsolete (broken stove rings). Finally, the lock of the door handle is difficult to open with the key.

By making some changes regarding the items mentioned above, it would become a dream place.

Need some house cleaning

Went we first arrived there was a terrible odor we think it was the carpet that needed to be cleaned. Stanley Steemer can clean and take care of the odor they have an additive for that . There were only I think 4 wash clothes with 3 people staying that was good for one night I had to buy some wash cloths. There was not any soap for the bathroom to take a shower or bath I had to buy soap . There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days I had to buy toilet paper. Then there was a lot of hair that was not ours in the shower and on the bathroom floors there was a big gob of hair on the shower curtain. Other than that everything was fine.

Nice condo in a great location

Condo is well used but not down and out. Nice all around. We cooked all meals to save on our trip and it was up to the task. Second bedroom with twin beds worked great for our adult children. Plenty of room, nice pool, very comfortable. I would stay again, no problem.

Definitely not what we expected.

I want to say RUN far away but maybe after renovation it will get better?!? I'll start with we ran out of paper towels, trash bags and toliet paper. There was a single trash can with one bag in it for a family of 5. The bathroom had less then half a roll of T.P. in one bathrooom and 3 girls had to share that room, needless to say we had to go buy trash bags, toliet paper and paper towels becuase those also were only about half a roll and we were there 4 days. On another note we were awoke by workers EVERYDAY at 7am sharp as they were roofing directly above the condo using nail guns and a very loud air compressor right above us...had I know this I would have NEVER stayed it was suppose to be a vacation. The day before we were to leave we received a call from maintenance stating we had broken the front door that day however we had went to sea world that day and hadn't even been at the condo, when we had returned it was propt open by someone else, no key fob needed. Lastly the elevator is also pretty scary, hoping it's getting renovated also. Needless to say this condo was not a good deal or fit for our family.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, beautiful...home away from home

From the booking process to checking in was hassle free and super easy. When we arrived I almost expected that old musty hotel feel, we opened the door and it smelled like a fresh breeze!! It was beautiful!! We woke up every morning and ate on the balcony with a view of the river. Even with me being on crutches we walked a very short distance to the beach. The pool was crystal clean and refreshing. Even though the roof was being repaired it didn't stop us from having a perfect vacation. When we visit again I'm definitely hoping this property is open. The owner was super nice and very helpful, quick response to any questions we had. It was definitely sad to have to leave, it felt like home to us during our stay.
