This unique rolled roof tutor home was built in 1931 and has had few owners. It is as unique and welcoming on the inside as it is the outside. It is home that is surprisingly spacious and perfect for entertaining.

We have a daughter at ND and had always stayed at hotels for game weekends which were outrageously expensive . This home was spotless a 5 minute walk to the stadium and great for a large family or group of friends . We had 12 and never felt crowded and all the rooms were spotless and comfortable . We will be back !
A group of friends and I rented this house to stay in while we attended the UofL vs ND game. The location of this house is within easy walking distance to the stadium(as advertised). This house and the owners are the absolute "Top of the List". The pictures tell you everything about the house. It is very clean and well maintained. The age of the house gives it character. Warm and Cozy. The owner, Miss Noelle, was a fantastic host. She had emailed me the week prior to our stay and asked what kind of foods we would like. When we got there everything was there, including a hot pot of coffee. The next time I am in the area I am definitely going to remember this place. A+++
Plenty of room and can easily sleep 12. Close walking distance to campus and to local stores. Great property and will use in the future.
We rented this great home for an ND home game. The location couldn't have been better! We walked to the game, campus, Eddy Street Commons. The house was exactly as we had hoped it would be. Plenty of space for couples, families or singles. It was the perfect place for our group. Very comfortable and Noelle was helpful and so easy to work with. Would definitely rent this house again for future ND trips.
Very roomy yet nice. The owners were so courteous and easy to work with. We had 11 people and everyone slept comfortably. I plan to stay here again. Recommended for all groups. Walking distance to everything!!!
