The entire main floor is marble and porcelain, designed to make any guest feel like they're in the lap of luxury while maintaining a homey-coastal atmosphere. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a big fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster. Plenty of new cutlery and cooking utensils are at your disposal so you have everything you need to prepare the perfect meals... or get take-out. Your choice! Lounge: A great place to hang out, get some work done, or just surf the web while you sip on some the beverage of your choosing. Includes a desk and chair for laptop users. Bedrooms: Brand new hotel-grade mattresses, all new furniture, and pleasant décor in each bedroom. Not to mention a separate bathroom with showers and amenities. They can also hang out under the evening lights in the outdoor lounge area. You have full access to the entire space, including front patio, and bedroom balconies. I like to greet my guests when they arrive, introduce myself, and offer a quick tour of the space. I can also help with any bags and offer recommendations. Hollywood has a bunch of cool spots that you probably wouldn't find on your own :) The neighborhood is calm and mostly quiet. It's walking distance to Downtown Hollywood, close to the beach, and right between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Free Street Parking is available directly in front of the unit. Reach out to the host if you require additional parking or are expecting guests. Public City Bus stop is just 1 block away, and there is a Trolley that takes you to the beach that leaves from Young Circle (10 min walk). Of course Uber and Lyft are always great options and readily available!
