New to VRBO, this home has a complete new yard (May 2022) with a heated pool, hot tub, splash area and covered dining and seating areas. The home has 3 bedrooms (all with king beds) and spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. We are a 10 minute drive to the beach and close to hundreds or restaurants, shops, markets etc. We also own the home next door that is 2 bedroom and 2 bath with heated pools Together the homes can accommodate 10 people with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, two pools and a hot tub.

Great place to stay and close to the beach!!!!

This was an excellent place to stay and less than 10 minutes to beach. The house was very clean and the pool is a great place to relax at the end of the day. Definitely will be back soon.

Wonderful property

I would choose 4.5 if it was an option. A wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood with a fantastic and easy to work with host. Plenty of room and a wonderfully private pool and back yard. A few minor maintenance issues and cleanliness considerations that we were not planning to experience.

Nice neighborhood in Wilton Manors

Beautiful house in Wilton Manors. Excellent hot tub and a very small comforting pool. Overall the house itself is lovely and quite large. They don't make good use of the space. There are two parts of the open floor plan which are completely neglected leaving simply one sectional for the entertaining area. The washer dryer dual-stack is the bottom of the line. Don't expect three towels to dry in under two hours. The master bathroom has a ceiling mounted shower faucet that sprays into the entire bathroom. Thankfully they have a hand sprayer which is unfortunately mounted at knee level.

Perfect house

The pool and hot tub combination was perfect, hanging by the house with friends for a long weekend. Great location!

Perfect vacation getaway

Excellent place to stay, house is exactly as described,very well kept and full of convenient amenities.Full kitchen, good appliances. Great location, short drive to the beach and shops. We enjoyed staying, hopefully will be back again.

Rent this property for the perfect stay in Ft. Lauderdale!

As experienced vacation renters, I can honestly say that this was the nicest rental we've stayed. It's beautiful both inside and out. If you're looking for a really nice place to stay, you will not be disappointed with this property.

Amazing stay in Fort Lauderdale / Wilton Manors

From start to finish, loved this property. Host was very responsive and the house, rooms and pool area was a dream. Nice quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities and the beach. Really sad to leave!

Quiet Retreat

Had a great stay at this place. Spent the majority of our time outside in the pool/hot tub. Great seating area with a TV right by the pool. Very inviting. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had what we needed- a fridge to keep the beer cold and coffee pot for the morning!

Wilton Manors Work Vacation

We stayed at Patrick's house for two weeks for a work/vacation. Communication with Patrick was great, always responsive and very quick. Check-in was easy. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our elderly golden retriever enjoyed walks in the quiet neighborhood. The backyard with pool and spa was an oasis to retreat to and enjoy a quiet dinner/drinks and a relaxing swim. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed

What a relaxing week!!! The home is beautiful. My husband and two granddaughters (19 and 13) totally enjoyed our stay. You couldn't ask for more as far as the pool area. Thank you Patrick!!! We will definitely be back.

Amazing outdoor area!

The pool and hot tub were really nice. We enjoyed the outdoor area the most. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. We were not fond of the showers or lighting. If people are in the pool or outside area you can see the person showering in the master bath. Over all great stay and the owner was great at communicating quickly.

Nice Place To Stay

This home had a great location, being very close to beaches and excellent restaurants. The house was generally clean, though we did notice some dust on the walls. We contacted the host about a water leak in the master bathroom. Kevin mentioned that a plumber would come on Monday due to the holiday, but unfortunately, they never arrived. We had to place a plastic bowl on the ground to catch the leaking water. Despite this minor issue, the pool was wonderful, and we would consider renting here again.

Great host, the home was comfortable and clean. The bed in the master made the whole trip worthwhile. So often, hosts scrimp on the beds, in my opinion. Not here! That Beautyrest Hybrid was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill as well. The outdoor hot tub was perfect for our January stay. The pool was beautifully heated, but we have to be cooking hot before we swim so January was not our month for the pool,heated or not. Thank you again, Patrick!!

Very nice home in a great nieghborhood

Our host has done a great job making a luxurious and comfortable vacation getaway in the middle of Fort Lauderdale. Beds were very comfortable. Not much furniture, but we easily adapted to hanging box shelves in closets, and buit-in cabinets in bathrooms. The backyard was beautifully landscaped, and the%t tub/pool was great, as was the open lanai family roo¹m/dining room. We spent most of our days at the home outdoors for breakfast and dinner, I think we were the first guests to break in the grill! We've been Gulf obsessed for 15 years, but red tide made us opt for our first East Coast destination and Ft Lauderdale is a great central location to travel from, and this house was a fun place to stay. The two bathrooms had awesome showers with great design elements, and very well conceived to optimize features and space. Wilton Manors is a great neighborhood, very accommodating for pets, great dog park a block and a half away. Location is very central to everything you might need, store or restaurant-wise. Patrick was a great host, even from 6 time-zones ahead of us for the first part of our stay. Oh, and the kitchen appliances are next level, too, but no VRBO seems have good knives, just bring your favorites from home. ;-)
