Thank you for providing the rental. While the property was generally clean and more comfortable than our previous hotel accommodations, there were several issues that negatively affected our stay:• The upstairs bathroom exhaust fan ran continuously and could not be turned off.• The screen door was ripped.• The front door doorknob was very loose and appeared to need repair.• The toilet paper provided was extremely thin and of noticeably poor quality. While this may seem minor, it was disappointing and not what we would expect in a vacation rental.My biggest concern, however, was communication. I left messages requesting a callback and never received a response. Prompt communication is an important part of the guest experience, especially when maintenance issues arise during a stay.I wanted to provide this feedback so these items can be addressed for future guests. Unfortunately, due to the issues above and the lack of response, I would not choose to stay at this property again.

This was a great property for our weekend. It had plenty of room for our 5 guests. Having the pool across the street was lovely! The beds were comfortable, and the place was clean and quiet. And the location was great; only within a few miles of lots of food and shopping options. Plus, having a garage to park in was a great plus. I also enjoyed the front porch. Negatives: the pantry smelled awful, but that can be fixed. The response time from the owner was very slow. And when we arrived at check-in time, it was still being cleaned, so we had to wait till almost 5 to get in, which was very frustrating. The chairs on the patio could use an upgrade as well, as they weren't very comfortable. But that is just me being very picky. :)Thank you for letting us stay!

The property is in a relatively new and quiet neighborhood with a pool right across the street. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host responded to my questions quite well through the Vrbo app. Highly recommended!
