Additional Information:
Pool & Spa Details: The pool (32x16 ft) ranges from a 3' shallow end to a 7' deep end. The spa (7x7 ft) features seven jets and can be heated by advance request and payment.

LED Lighting: LED light settings for both the pool and spa can be requested in advance at no extra cost. Just let us know your preferred lighting theme.

Pool Service: The pool is serviced bi-weekly on Thursdays and Saturdays. Please note the desert can get windy and dusty.

Spa Heating: The spa is heated on demand, usually taking 20-40 minutes depending on the time of year. In winter months, it can take up to 50 minutes. The spa is not heated for arrival. If you want the pool or spa heated upon arrival, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Pool heating can take 8-12 hours depending on the time of year. Pool heating is not needed in summer months; we usually recommend it from mid-September to June. Fees are $125 per day for pool heating to 85°F (additional heat include extra fees) and $35 per day for spa heating to 102°F.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We will gladly accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests if we have availability. If there is no reservation following yours, we can accommodate for a fee and move our cleaning crew to a later time, or help you extend your stay for another night at a special rate. All late check-out requests need to be submitted before 7:30 PM the evening prior to check-out.

Check-Out Duties: Please take out the trash to the outside containers, run a load of dishes in the dishwasher, place all dirty towels in the showers, remove sheets and leave them on the floor in the bedrooms, leave comforters on the beds, and lock all sliding glass doors, the garage door, the front door, and the front gate (leave the gate key in the lockbox).

Festivals:

Special Discounts: For the right group, we offer special discounts for Coachella and Stagecoach for 4 day plus bookings. Referrals and repeat guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of year.

Non-Refundable Bookings: All festival bookings are non-refundable and require an additional deposit. Regular noise ordinances are in effect.

Cancellation Policy: For Coachella (weekend 1 & 2) and Stagecoach, reservations are non-refundable after booking.

Wind Advisory:
Umbrella Care: The desert can become extremely windy. Please close umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use or overnight. If extreme winds occur, please remove the Baja pool umbrella and leave it flat on the floor.

Policies:
All guests must follow Riverside County Ordinance 927.2 -- see below:
Age Requirement: Responsible booking guest must be at least 25 years of age.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM per Ordinance 847. No amplified sound may be audible inside the residence. If a complaint is made by a neighbor and a citation is issued, the guest is responsible for a $1500 fee.

Parking: Renters and guests must park only in the driveway. No street parking is allowed.

Trash: Trash must be stored in proper containers and not left elsewhere.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in citations, fines, or expulsion from the rental property for the renter or their guests.

Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability

Assumption of Risk: By using the swimming pool, I acknowledge that swimming and the use of the swimming pool involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of drowning, injury, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with the use of the swimming pool.

Release of Liability: By using the swimming pool, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the property owner, Airbnb, and their respective agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any property belonging to me while using the swimming pool.

Indemnification: By using the swimming pool, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, Airbnb, and their respective agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my use of the swimming pool, including any claims brought by third parties.

Compliance with Rules: By using the swimming pool, I agree to comply with all posted rules and regulations regarding the use of the swimming pool. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of my use of the swimming pool.

Supervision of Minors: By using the swimming pool, I acknowledge that children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the swimming pool. I agree to ensure that any minors in my care comply with this requirement.

Health and Safety: By using the swimming pool, I certify that I am in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely using the swimming pool. I agree not to use the swimming pool while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

By using the swimming pool, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
