This totally renovated condo offers the Gulf of Mexico across the street (west) and Palma Sola Bay (east) of property with pier for fishing on the premises. Our condo is first floor entry with fully equipped Kitchen, large Bedroom with King sized bed, flat screened television, with washer/dryer, Dining area, Living Room with flat screened TV (cable & Wifi provided), dual access to patio. Large heated swimming pool, tennis courts, workout facility, Excellent restaurants with grocery store and two drugstores on island. Anna Maria offers free public transportation (Trolley) right in front of resort.

We arrived early and we’re able to get in to the condo which was clean and just the right size for the two of us. It’s conveniently located next to alot of restaurants right across the street from the beach. Jane was just a phone call away and was able to answer a few questions before we even arrived. Having the lawn chairs, beach towels, and umbrella was an extra bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit was very nice, recently remodeled and very clean. Jane is a great host and communications were timely and helpful. Beautifully decorated with brand new everything! The ground floor unit close to pool and beach makes the location super convenient. The bed and furnishings are comfortable. Washer and dryer. Kitchen has all amenities for a quick meal. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Beach chairs and umbrella in outside closet. Small patio with charcoal grill/picnic table ver close near back patio. We will stay again!

Since purchasing this property in November 2017 we have went over every inch of this condo with a fine tooth comb. Being residential remodelers we know what to look for and how to set up a space that will give you the maximum enjoyment for your stay. We know that this is an ongoing process. We fell confident that our condo is ready and look forward to hosting you.

What makes this property unique

Anna Maria Island has 7 miles of beautiful shoreline with the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With Anna Maria being a small island you are centrally located to not only the beach and the bay but also to many fine restaurants within walking distance. It boasts a family atmosphere which the city desires to keep. You will not find any large corporations or chain restaurants on the island.
