Le complexe se caractérise par la décoration luxueuse de grands palmiers, d'arbustes à fleurs et d'espaces verts.
Le complexe a une belle atmosphère tropicale et dispose d'une piscine commune.
À distance de marche se trouvent plusieurs plages, entre autres la plage de Parasasa et des restaurants.
Willemstad est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture et peut être atteint en 10 minutes de l'aéroport de Curaçao.

L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée du premier immeuble sur un coin, ce qui signifie que vous avez beaucoup d'intimité.

Un escalier mène au porche, où vous entrez dans l'appartement par les portes-fenêtres du salon.
L'appartement est bien construit et fini avec des matériaux luxueux.
Toutes les chambres sont situées dans le terrain très spacieux et entièrement carrelé de 1900
La cuisine spacieuse dispose d'un réfrigérateur, d'une cuisinière électrique, d'une cafetière, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un four / micro-ondes.
Le salon a des portes-fenêtres avec accès au porche.

De la terrasse d'environ 350, il y a une vue magnifique sur la mer des Caraïbes et la localité.
Vous pouvez toujours créer un endroit ombragé frais par le grand auvent sur la terrasse.

Il y a bien sûr deux très grandes chambres avec climatisation et placards.
La chambre principale a un dressing et même un coin bureau / travail / lecture, donc ne manque pas d'espace.
Ce dernier, vous pouvez également dire sur les salles de bains spacieuses avec douche, toilettes et meuble-lavabo.
L'une est en outre équipée d'une baignoire et d'un bidet.

Il est entièrement équipé avec toutes les installations possibles telles que la climatisation, eau chaude et froide, laveuse, lave-vaisselle, connexions électriques 110V et 220V, Internet.

The layout of the place is nice. It's in a good safe feeling location. Gated community with easy access. Plenty of room inside for two couples. The outdoor patio is a nice area to hangout and has a good view over the ocean in the distance.

Fantastic condo

This condo is located in Piscadera - which is located in close proximity to Willemstad as well as many amenities. The Royal Palm Resort is a well maintained and very safe property with beautiful gardens, a pool and close to a nearby beach where you can snorkel. The condo has everything you need and more.

Great apartment

Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Owner and property manager were very responsive! Excellent location and perfect for us as our teenage son was able to have his own room and bathroom. Patio with ocean view is great. We very much enjoyed our stay in Curacao with this apartment as our home base.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Palm. There is a beautiful beach with great snorkeling that is a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. There was a grocery store nearby and the drive to Willemstad was about 9 minites. The property manager checked in frequently but we had no issues. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment, great views, convenient location

The apartment was large and fully equipped. So nice to have little things provided like paper towels and kitchen soap, etc. Seasonings in the kitchen, plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils. It was very comfortable, and the view from the xtra large Terrace was fantastic. Sunset every night, just wonderful. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure and hot water was fine, honestly just a very nice stay from all aspects. Convenient to Willemstad, grocery stores are a short drive, and a long walking/running path along the ocean just down from the resort was a great way to end the day.

Dated but good

The location is excellent for getting out to any activity, beach with a short walk to the pool when we didn’t want to go anywhere. Although clean with everything one needs, some work is required to raise it to a 5 star. Excellent contact with host. I’d recommend gluing down the bathroom counter which was lifting, provide good towels, a table in the living area, perhaps better mattresses. Minor things to improve the home.

Relaxing in Paradise!

Before we came to this property we read all the reviews. I have to say I was a little concerned about the comment about the beds being uncomfortable. They are not your typical North American style bed, however my husband and I both slept comfortably! The balcony was the highlight of this property! The balcony is spacious and gives an beautiful view of the sunset every night. I took the most spectacular pictures of the sunset! We enjoyed this property so much that we have already booked it for next year! This was our first time to Curacao and the island did not disappoint. Even the driving is easy there. Absolutely everyone we met couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Can't wait until next year!

Great Location Amazing View

The apartment was just as described. The kitchen was well equipped and a great space to make meals. Ice and water from the fridge was perfect. There were plenty of bath, pool and kitchen towels. Also lots of spare sheets and bedding. The view was second to none. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night. The pool is very close, extremely well groomed and clean. Coen is an excellent property manager. He met us when we arrived and was very thorough showing us the property. He answered all of questions immediately. Andrew is a perfect host. With the uncertainty of COVID and travel he made us feel secure to commit. Everything worked out and it could not have been a better holiday. Thank you Andrew and Coen. Sincerely Kevin and Mary Webb

There were no minus points at this property. We were well received, the manager Coen checked in to see whether everything was OK, a lot of room, well located to city and beaches. Big terrace, property was as described. Certainly to be recommended.

Amazing Ocean / Sunset Views

This is a large and airy apartment in a well-located resort and the location of the unit in the resort is excellent (far away from the construction of new units at the west end of the property). It has amazing ocean views, especially of the sunsets each evening. We stayed for 35 nights, during which the dishwasher broke down several times. The property manager was terrific in responding to the issues and fixing it himself but this appliance should be replaced. The fan/light over the dining area did not work for the first week, and then only the light was fixed. The owner was responsive and invested in addressing these issues. However, the kitchen is poorly stocked (e.g. place settings for 4 so we ran out of cutlery / dishes / glasses daily; very few cooking implements; no ovenware such as casserole dishes, roasting pans, bakeware, etc.). If you are there for a week and eat out frequently this probably won't be an issue. A propane barbeque would be a terrific addition. The pool is lovely, as are the grounds, but the Parasasa Beach is not worth going to, except for the excellent snorkeling in the reef just outside the breakwater. Ditto for the Pirate Bay Beach - very crowded with loungers, and the stony bottom of the swimming area is unpleasant. Generally, I would say this property is good value for money, if you are flexible about its shortcomings. Nearby units are more expensive, reflecting well-equipped kitchens, cable TV and newer furnishings, but the patio and its view compensate for an awful lot! You might want to bring some good mosquito repellent. Definitely plan to eat at De Visserij!

Perfectly located in complex and area. Comfortable and convenient

We stayed 20 nights! Being on the north end of the building helps keep the condo cool. Opening the windows over the sink and the side wall lets trade winds blow through. The condo is 2 buildings over from the pool (close!) and close to the local beach. It's exactly as the pictures show. There are good pillows, linens and towels; and a set of non-stick pots and pans which is rare in the Caribbean... And a new microwave. The tv streaming allowed us to watch Netflix in the evenings that we were in. The deck is huge and great for watching ships and boats. The manager Coen was available 24/7 and very friendly and helpful. Being in an area with locals and visitors was nice as we learned a lot during our visits to the pool.We were comfortable here and would stay again and recommend this place to others as well.

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved the place. The grounds are gorgeous, and the condo/apartment is huge. Contrary to the prior reviewer, we found the beds to be comfortable. The hot water heater must be really small, but who really wants to take a long hot shower in this climate anyway. The location was great, and the beach, which is like a 2-3 minute walk, while small, and littered with your typical Curacao trash, actually had one of the nicest snorkeling spots that we found on the island (and we went to most of the places in the guidebooks). As you look out to the mouth of the cove, it is the dark area of the water just in front of the mouth. Lots of brain coral, some as big as the small cars you see all over Curacao. There is also a really nice exercise/walking path that runs along the beach for probably 1.5 miles. We saw almost exclusively locals and families using the path. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice!

The condo is very spacious and the photos are accurate. The service from the property manager, Coen, was excellent. We had a few issues with the appliances. Couldn't get the dishwasher to work and the microwave/toaster died completely for the last three days. The bed in the larger bedroom was horribly uncomfortable. It was two twin-sized thick slabs of memory foam on a futon frame with a large gap at the head of the bed where the pillows fell into. Suggested they get a proper mattress. The grounds of Royal Palm are gorgous. The pool however was under repair for our entire stay. Short walk to the beach. Happy with the price - good value - and location.
