This a wonderful home! Its furnished beautifully and has every amenity you could want. The mountain View from the patio and hot tub is fantastic. The hosts were very accessible and super friendly. We will definitely book here again, as we choose Fountain Hills as our golf destination.

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home! Great views, nice pool, very well appointed. We loved the double deck to view the sunrises and sunsets. Large kitchen to allow you to cook anything. We had a great time at this amazing home. Owner were very generous with stocking the home with anything you needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

This house. Was perfect for our stay. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the mountains. Carolyn and Greg were very responsive to all our questions. The house is fully stocked with condiments, kitchen equipment and dishes as well as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We lacked for nothing! Thank you for the great place to stay.

What's not to love!!!

Pristine home on top of a ridge with wonderful views and evening sunsets w/the mountains in the background! Home was spotless when we checked in and we did our best to leave it that way upon checkout. Gourmet kitchen with plenty of amenities stocked! Huge, spacious home with an upper deck for morning coffee in the sun and a lower poolside patio with brand new pool loungers. Hosts replied promptly when we had a minor pool heating issue and a service tech was out within hours. Do yourself a huge favor and book this home instead of any of the 4-star resorts in Scott's and you'll be glad you did! No noisy neighbors, no all-night parties above or below your suite...just peace and solitude and all the privacy a vacationer could ask for. Pool, spa, rain shower, very high end appliances and furnishings...oh and a great gaming room with pool table! Fountain Hills is a chill place to hang out with a Safeway and Fry's within a mile or two. Outstanding Italian food, too, within 1-1/2 miles at Sapori D'Italia but do two things: make a reservation for any night you plan on going; order their wood fired pizza ...world class! We had a fantastic time on our recent 6-night stay with our 16, 18, and 20 year old and they loved it as much as Mom & Dad did. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer...but will next time! Thanks Greg & Carolyn from your wet weather friends in the Great Pacific Northwest!

Stayed in this gorgeous Fountain Hills home and loved every minute. The owners were attentive, friendly and very easy to work with. The home has lovely mountain views and easy access to downtown Fountain Hills. We plan to stay here again in the future. Fountain Hills is a delightful area!

Wonderful Stay In Fountain Hills

This home was perfect for our long weekend stay in Fountain Hills. We had 8 adults and a toddler and everyone had plenty of space. This home is beautifully decorated, yet comfortable for bringing in a 2 year old. The living room is large and a perfect gathering space for family. This kitchen is beautiful and all amenities are provided. They home owners even left us chocolates and fruit...very thoughtful. The hot tub was a hit and provided some nice time outdoors. We would definitely recommend this home in Fountain Hills.

Beautiful and Relaxing

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills. The house was beautiful and the location was nicely located - not far from shopping, the fountain, and the Fountain Park, which is beautiful. The owner was very helpful and was always available via phone or email for my questions. The kitchen had everything we needed: pots, pans plus a cupboard well stocked. This was our first VRBO experience, but it definitely won't be the last!

Beautiful Home

Had a great stay at this home. It is beautiful (just as pictured) and has a great layout. The view is also beautiful. Location is very good...Fountain Hills has several restaurants and shops and Scottsdale is only 20 minutes away. Owners were very accommodating and were quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay again!

beautiful, well appointed home

We really enjoyed this home, and the owners were exceptionally kind and responsive . The home is well appointed and we had everything we needed to be comfortable and cook. The views, pool and hot tub are amazing, and entertained both adults and kids. I have a child with some heart issues which makes him very temperture sensitive, and the pool was warm enough for him to swim and play, which we all really appreciated. The neighborhood seemed very safe and upscale, and we enjoyed walking around looking at the homes. We were lucky enough to catch a wine and art show in Fountain Hills (~5 min drive) and it seemed like there were some nice resturants in that area. It was easy to get to the Mesa airport (40 min), salt river baseball stadium (25 m), scottsdale (25m), and up north towards Sedona (we went to the "out of africa" park and really enjoyed it, 1 hour 30 m). There are also a number of nice city and school parks where the kids played baseball, tennis (we brought our own equipment) and on the playground. This is the third home we have rented in March in Phoenix area, and I would definately recommend it for its location, comfort and owners. We are from up north, and at first we let our kids play in the desert area below the house, but we stopped letting them go out there after concern for rattlesnakes (we did not see any but were told it was a possiblity). So, perhaps be mindful if your kids are adventurous and keep them in the yard. All in all we had a wonderful week and hope to return!

Beautiful home, and great location

This house was perfect for our family of 6, including 4 children. Space for everyone and even items helpful with small children (crib, high chair, toys, life jackets). Owners were so friendly and responsive when we had a question about how to heat the pool. I would highly recommend this home and we hope to come back!

Beautiful home, great location!

The home was clean, comfortable & beautifully decorated. We especially liked the proximity to SunRidge Canyon golf course and downtown Fountain Hills. So convenient & had a great desert view. Kitchen & bathrooms were large & fully stocked - everything you’d ever need was included for cooking & bathing. 2 large TV’s & pool table in basement with access to pool/spa/patio/grill. Owners were great in accommodating us.

This property has 2 living rooms. One upstairs & one downstairs allowing for privacy. Large open floor plan upstairs with 15'ceilings & wood burning fireplace.Its a wonderful place to sit & watch the desert wildlife or storms roll in & amazing sunsets. City light views from our elevated built-in hot tub will make you feel like a star!
