Welcome to "The Turn," aptly named for its location along the 9th hole of Desert Canyon Golf Course. Our four bedroom (sleeps 10) 3 full bathroom home offers a large kitchen with all the amenities you'll find in your own kitchen, plenty of entertaining space, 7 TVs throughout the house (including one in each bedroom and an 75 inch in Family Room - YouTube TV provided), poker table, ping-pong table, Xbox (you'll need to bring your own games), Weber gas grill, large 5 hole putting green and a private, heated (optional) pool. Take a very short walk to the DC Clubhouse, where you can check in for a round of golf, hit some balls at the range, or enjoy a variety of excellent food and cocktails on the outdoor patio of the DC Bar & Grill. The Turn gives you space and privacy while being conveniently located to beautiful Scottsdale and Paradise Valley restaurants and golf courses, McDowell Mountain Regional Park, Tonto National Forest, Saguaro Lake, Salt River Tubing, Spring Training baseball, and more! We are five minutes from the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort and Golf Club, fifteen minutes to the 101 and thirty-five minutes from downtown Phoenix. The driveway has a massive flat area that allows for ample parking and doubles as a sport court with a basketball hoop. The main garage is also available for guests (3rd bay reserved for owner storage). You'll find plenty of driveway games available as well, such as cornhole, or pull out the adjustable net for pickleball, tennis, volleyball or badminton. End your day of golf, hiking, baseball, and art festivals by taking your refreshment outside to enjoy the beautiful night sky... Fountain Hills is designated an International Dark Sky Community. The Turn is recently painted, redecorated and stocked with a TON of new amenities. BOOK NOW!

ALL GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER RELATED TO THE SWIMMING POOL AND INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH BEING LOCATED ON A GOLF COURSE PRIOR TO CHECK IN.

Optional pool heat is available September through May for an additional $100 per night.

Cubs Spring Training tickets at Sloan Park are also available to purchase at face value. Up to 5 tickets available with 1 aisle seat in Section 112 Row 20 (in the shade!).

The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

Great winter getaway!

Beautiful home that is in a terrific neighborhood. The home was very clean and communication with the owner was easy and seamless. We enjoyed our daily walks where we saw javelinas, coyotes, and even a bobcat. We also were able to walk to several nearby restaurants. The kitchen was big and well equipped for when we did cook and we enjoyed the mini golf, cornhole, and ping pong for on-site entertainment.

Amazing property with lots of activities

Had a fantastic time at this property! Tons of great activities, including an indoor ping pong table with great AC which was key given the 110 degree weather. Pool was refreshingly cool. The amazing views were a pleasant surprise. House was very well-stocked and had 2 refrigerators. Host was responsive and helpful. Live TV was a bit tricky using You Tube TV but we rarely needed it. Fans in each bedroom helped the AC at night. We had family ranging in age from 21-85 and we all loved it. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

What a beautiful location and property! The house was so clean and comfortable. Backyard had a beautiful view to the golf course and mountains beyond. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything we needed

Our two week stay was perfect, with friends joining us one weekend, adult children and baby joining us later. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, perfect mountain views, and beautiful sunrises. Sitting on the lounge chairs at any time of day could not be beat! Great access to hiking. Enjoyed walking around the Fountain, and some good local restaurants. Kris was a very responsive host, heating pool when we requested and answering all pre trip questions quickly. And pickle ball in the driveway was fun! Perfect vacation.

Family Time at The Turn

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for a family of all adults ranging in age from 18-80 years old. The putting green was a big hit. Lounging on the chairs overlooking the golf course and mountains was very relaxing. Our young adults always had something to do from practicing their putting and chipping to basketball, and to playing poker at the card table for all. Cooking in the large kitchen worked so well. Kris was a very responsive host, and I appreciated his getting back to me with my questions during the pre-stay process. We would definitely book this place again in the furture.

Relaxing family reunion

What a great space to have a family vacation. The house is spacious with lots of different things for everyone to do. There's a cute putting green, basketball hoop, badminton, and even a poker table. The kitchen is super well stocked, and had more than enough dishes, serving bowls, utensils, cooking pans/pots to use. Kris was super responsive and flexible when it came to heating the pool, and even left a bottle of champagne for us to ring in the NY.

The Turn at Desert Canyon

What an awesome property! Amazing views, plenty of outdoor seating with lounge chairs, the misters on the pergola were great for keeping the temps down while watching football outside, and the mini split AC unit for the pool room worked well and meant plenty of space/things to do outside and around the pool. The golf course clubhouse is within walking distance and the course was in great shape. DC clubhouse staff was accommodating and their food was great! The putting green at the home is practically new, the home was extremely clean (floors looked like they had been polished), easy check-in and check-out. We also brought our boat since Saguaro lake is less than 20 minutes away. WeKoPa Casino and Golf Resort is 5 minutes away-so there’s plenty to do! Kris was very easy to work with, responsive, and professional…would strongly recommend this place!

Amazing Property

My husband and I planned a Christmas getaway to Scottsdale area with my in-laws and we were looking for a spot that had a heated pool and amenities for at home activities. This property has it all! There was a heated pool (although AZ weather didn't cooperate for us to use, and yes if it was high 60s/low 70s we would have partook). Beyond the pool there was a basketball net, ping pong table, poker table, brand new putting green, bags/corn hole set, board games and plenty of TVs: something for everyone! Communication with Kris was superb, always timely and thorough. Check in and out was easy and seamless. Remember the heated pool commentary from the paragraph above? Well, Kris even proactively offered to refund the cost of the pool heating due to the weather forecast. Top notch hospitality! The property is a bit of a drive to other parts of the area. We went into this knowing so, but some of the things we wanted to do took 25-60 mins to get to each way. For us, the house was worth the drive to other activities. If you are looking for a great property, book it - you will love it.

Relaxing Stay!

We had a great experience renting this property, and will certainly be back. Everything was advertised, and the pool was heated (as requested) upon arrival. You can’t beat the view! And proximity to Downtown Fountain Hills as well as a quick route to Scottsdale are just around the corner. Kris was extremely responsive when we had one small issue, and resolved it for us immediately. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Exceptional stay

Gorgeous one-story home in suburb fountain hills. Short 20-30 minute drive from the airport, old town Scottsdale, Phoenix and more… highly recommend, and thank you for the champagne bottle! Made our bachelorette weekend amazing.
