良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Great view, several issues. As pic shows,no pool furniture, even though we were assured in the chat there would be. Took 8 days for 2 loungers to be set up, initially 2 backpack beach chairs were dropped off, & it was suggested to drag wooden chairs from outside the pool area to the pool. The main bedroom had nowhere/drawers to put clothes in. Had the bed, large TV, and stand mirror. No dresser, etc.The walk-in closet had 1 shelf a foot from the ceiling with a single rod for clothes. We used the towel cubby for t-shirts, etc.& I used 2nd bedroom closet. The home has a minimalist decorating style/fyi. Pool heat was an issue. 1st 3 days it was the weather, no one’s fault. Then it didn’t heat correctly even though 2 emp. tried in vain. It was eventually working 12 of the 21 days. A non working TV was replaced. Misread the pool heat charge, the fee is for all electricity for the rental period, just fyi.There were shelves, tool and door hardware in the garage, assume for continued work on the house. Kelli and Luis were helpful, but other VRCC comments were, “ who promised you that”, “ I don’t if it has that, never been in the unit”, “ I usually pack my own” (hair dryer) We purchased reading lamp for evenings, etc. Our choice.Great location, but would rent one of the other houses same area instead.
