This stunning, new white Villa is located directly on the Caloosahatchee River will exceed your expectations.
Walking distance to the Cape Coral Beach and the lovely Boathouse Restaurant and Bar.
There is expanse area around the house. Beginning with screened, oversized, electric heated Saltwater Pool.
Enough space for sun loungers and gas grill. Follow the spacious travertine paved outdoor area with a beautiful fire pit to relax and enjoy afternoon cocktails and the sunset The river is 1.5 miles wide at this point
Enjoy the River like the Beach, Two Boat Lifts belong also to the House.
Bring your boat or rent one at one of the many nearby boat rental companies!

The River Dream is a 2 floor Villa, exquisite, modern furnished and decorated.
4 beautiful, individually Master Bedrooms, with spectacular Bathrooms. One Master Bedroom is downstairs. 3 upstairs and one has 2 Queen Beds. Als Rooms with Smart TV and YouTube TV.
Two Master Bedroom have their own Balcony with the unforgettable view to the Caloosahatchee.
One of the highlights is the fancy Game room with a Pool table and 75 inch TV and more.
Downstairs is the modern office if you should working while on vacation and also with a small Sofa Bed. High Speed internet up to 940 Mbps.
The fully equipped spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, Pantry with second Fridge and a delightful Dining Place for 8 guest.
Exquisite Living area with real white Leather Sofas and also 75 inch TV.

Open the sliding Door, here is the gorgeous covered outdoor terrace / balcony for relaxed dining and entertaining with the stunning view over the River.

Surveillance devices
The driveway and the entrance area are monitored with a camera for security reasons only. Areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy, are not be under surveillance. We follow Vrbo´s policy on surveillance devices at the property.

PS: The house is completely fine again after the hurricane.
The adjacent neighboring areas are still in a slightly worse condition.
We had to cut down palm trees and shrubs, but new ones are being planted.
The images are up to date.
The boat lift was ordered immediately after the hurricane, but has not yet been built.

Give it some time

Soo I’m split. The location isn’t good right now other than the view. On either side there is construction and unfortunately they were working on the dock which we were not told of, so men were there from 715 am til 5 something at night. Walking on the closed in lanai shirtless to charge their equipment, fishing when “done” working and loud construction. The home was semi clean with trash still in trash cans, stains on flooring and ceilings, bugs everywhere but that’s to be expected somewhat. The pool needs more attention for filtering, and patio where we could have laid out, if no work was being done needed to be hosed off from all mud from dock workers. Siegfried was very nice but we would not stay again.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home for our family to stay and the pictures are as it shows. House is very spacious and clean, with beautiful sunsets and even saw dolphins and manatees. Siegfried was quick to respond with any questions we had and very kind.

Family Time

We enjoyed the property very much. The views are amazing! It lives up to the pictures and is nicely remodeled. The bathrooms are newly done and beautiful. We used the bikes in the garage. The area is nice, and it’s easy to get to restaurants and other places. The pool was great, too. Very good choice!

Great Location and Views

Of course a hurricane had hit this area recently, and I had lowered our expectations. Luckily, this house was on stilts and didn’t endure as much damage as other homes around. We weren’t entirely aware the docks were destroyed in the storm and was unfortunate to see when we arrived. We did not have WiFi the first 3 days, owners reps tried to contact service providers but nothing during the weekend.. The weather was terrible and it would have been nice to easily stream movies / shows! Otherwise, this property is fantastic and a great location to enjoy sunsets and nice breezes. Kayaks can easily be launched and the property had a couple plus some bikes. That was not advertised and was a nice bonus to see, we didn’t use them but was great they were there if needed. Smooth location to good food and drinks around, can even walk to the tiki down the street, great food and drinks!
