Come and enjoy the Xen House! This stylish house newly remodeled home features a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a beautiful backyard with outdoor furniture, enclosed for pets and perfect to enjoy the warm California afternoons with family. Our wonderful home is nestled in a great location, 10 min from Downtown Sacramento and 12 min from the Sacramento Airport. Located in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. * Duplex style home shares a wall

THE PROPERTY:
Our home offers plenty of room for all the family.

The house features three spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and ample clothing storage. The master bedroom has its own TV, attached bathroom and dedicated workspace area.

Step outside to the inviting backyard. The fully fenced yard provides privacy and safety for kids or pets, and the outdoor furniture makes this an ideal spot to spend some quality time with family or friends.

The property is located in a residential area close to downtown Sacramento, with convenient access to local amenities. We have plenty of grocery stores and taco eateries nearby as well. The home has an attached JDU and shared one wall in the kitchen but is very private and welcoming for groups of 6 or less.

The location provides easy access to major highways, facilitating convenient commutes to downtown Sacramento and surrounding areas.

ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire property, except the garage and the separate attached unit, which has a separate entrance.

INTERACTION:
Guests are provided with a code to enter the property.

The location of this property is perfect. It was close to downtown Sacramento to be easily accessible, but far enough to feel like we weren't in the city. The size of the property was perfect for our group of 6. I also really appreciated the prompt responsiveness of the host when we had an issue we needed help with. It was resolved in a flash! We would stay here again.
