Plus, it's dog-friendly—welcoming up to two well-behaved pups to join the fun! Inside, you'll find central air, a warm gas fireplace, and a classic wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings.

The main level features a spacious king suite, while the upper level offers another private king suite. On the lower level, two additional king bedroom suites and a queen bedroom provide plenty of space for family and friends. This level also boasts a relaxing sauna and a fun game area with a pool table. Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Fire up the propane grill, gather around the firepit with seating, or soak in the hot tub under the stars. Centrally located near all of Deep Creek's attractions—including Wisp Resort, restaurants, shops, and outdoor adventures—American Dream is the perfect place to make lasting memories.

*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs to join in the fun. No other pets are permitted. Bringing more than two dogs will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *All cancellations will incur a non-refundable processing fee*
