A mini college reunion was memorable on every level, in no small part due to the accommodations provided by this wonderful house. Comfort, charm, location, furnishings-Constantly Cozy has it all.

very nice location for families

found the property in extremely clean condition. had all amenities listed ready to go. it was sooo nice NOT to pack bedding and towels as these were provided. enjoyed the wildlife; evening walks; fire pit SMORES!

Great property, great location! Very clean! Only issue was someone took our dock slip. Couldn't find the owner. Maybe better signage stating its private. But we worked around it and had a great stay!!

Great Stay - Other than the Banging...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved both the house and location of Constantly Cozy, however on our first morning the banging, hammering, etc. began at 6 AM. There is construction of a new home right next door in which we were not made aware of so needless to say that construction noise early morning each day was not ideal for the few days we had to sleep in. But, other than that it was a great time.

Constantly Cozy was constantly cozy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at constantly cozy but our 8th at DCL. The house and grounds were well maintained and is was lakeside with a view and a boat dock that was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and two refrigerators, two separate sinks and two separate dish washers were very handy. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and used the fire pit nightly. It was just right for 12 people.

We had two houses and we had appliance issues, AC issues and Ice maker issues. While Taylor Made was responsive we were disappointed with constantly having to call while on vacation. The houses while clean were in need of repairs

Wonderful House for a 3-Generation Gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect house and great location for 6 adults and 4 kids ages 5 to 9. Floor plan served our 3 families perfectly, and house was in great shape (with 2 caveats below). Hours of fun on the property playing free golf at Waterfront Greens, fishing and jumping off the dock (dock ladder needed!), riding scooters down the long driveway, and making s'mores at the backyard fire pit. And of course we did the obligatory visits to Swallow Falls and Deep Creek State Parks (the latter with a perfect children's beach), Wisp for golf and children's activities, pontoon-boat & tubing rental from Bill's Marine with stops at Honi Honi and Lakeside Creamery, and a local arcade on a rainy day. Two house problems that we reported were two problematic dishwashers and a deck-door seam that leaked water in a heavy rain. Hopefully those will be fixed soon. Also, Waterfront Greens offered a wonderful environment and some nice amenities, but needs to fix up the "mini golf" area, which is in terrible shape. An all-around terrific way for a family to help us celebrate our 70th birthdays!

Deck and outdoor furniture very comfy. Lots of room in house for family of 15. Kitchen nicely equipped. Six burner cooktop and 2 ovens would be nice. Dishwashers disappointment, one didn't work at all, other poor. Some mattresses need replaced. Master BR sink fawcet difficult to adjust. Location on lake good for children. Porch cleanliness poor, may be due to late checkout.

It left a weird residue on our skins. It just didn't feel right. Otherwise, the place was great! We loved it.
