It is a residential community, not a resort but very close to everything near Orlando and the Kissimmee area. Featuring 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds and an additional futon, it comfortably accommodates your vacation crew. Each of the 2 bathrooms is thoughtfully equipped with showers and hair dryers for your convenience.

The property is within 20 minutes of Disney World. There are plenty of restaurants snd shopping areas. Host was very friendly and super responsive.

The condo was clean and welcoming. The host answered all requests quickly. The location of the property was near entertainment but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Amenities poorly managed. A wall was missing on the Lanai in back and did feel safe.Parts of neighborhood were not well kept and looked run down

It was a poorly maintained and dirty place. Sheets were dirty, master mattress was really old/horrible, shower not cleaned, rugs way passed the need of replacing, lightbulbs over front door were broken, just horrible condition overall. The advertising said “charming”… it was absolutely NOT. We left after only one day as we couldn’t stand it another night.

It was economical and clean. The location was about 20-30 from Universal studios. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. We did need more blankets. The power went out for a few hours at night. The dishwasher top rack is broken. The lamps by the bed had no light bulbs.

We're also happy to know you had a good stay overall. We appreciate you pointing out a few areas for improvement. While these concerns weren’t mentioned during your visit, we've since replaced the light bulbs in the bedside lamps and are looking into the dishwasher rack issue. As for the power outage, we haven’t had other reports and the power is currently running smoothly. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to host you again in the future!

We stayed for a few nights so that we could attend Halloween Horror nights at Universal Studios Orlando. The home is a one story home with no steps to enter, so although we did not need those features, it would be a great advantage to those with mobility problems. Having 2 bathrooms was advantageous to us so that we could all get ready at the same time. The neighborhood is quite and has convenient access to stores and restaurants which is nice when you are not familiar and the area. What I liked about the property is that they was stuff there that we didn't bring or that we didn't know that we needed like a snack baggie, sunblock and things like a blender cup and having the washer and dryer was such a bonus so that we could go home with clean clothes if we wanted to.

The listing on this VRBO property was very misleading and inaccurate; the property was anything but charming, unless you the count ducks waddling around on the grounds and the sunsets in the evening. Property is incredibly run down--There are broken blinds on the windows, rips and tears in the screensalmost dead plant on the patio, missing handles on both screen doors, chipped framing on the front doorbroken baseboard around one closet,neglected lawn in front, broken overhead fan in front bedroom, non working fan over the stove, non-working fan in front bathroomInadequate air conditioning system, with no controls. Everything needs to be monitored through the owner.No written instructions or welcome of any kind on arrival. No info about how to use the tv or cable, Wi-Fi password was not written down, info about using the property's pool and so on.
