All aspects of the rental were adequate for our stay except for the pool. If you put a pool in your advertisement you should state that it is not heated and if you wish to have it heated it is an extra fee. The arrangement to have it heated should be made before checking in as it takes time to heat said pool.

Overall the house was very clean and comfortable. The best features were the clean new furniture and spotless white linens. They felt brand new and that was a pleasure. The kitchen was very minimally stocked, but adequate although it would have been nice to have some wine glasses.

It was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was so comfy and loved the large bath. Great location for us, as we were visiting family and our newest grandson who live just down the street. We think an upgrade in toilet paper would be nice. Also needed tissues, a kitchen towel and real pool loungers. Thank you for sharing.

This property was great for our vacation in February. Plenty of space for our family and a great location. There were only a few things that could use improvement. In order to get the key code for the front door you need to ring the doorbell camera and wait for the owner to speak through the doorbell to give you the code. Would have been totally fine if the owner was there to answer. We had driven to FL from NH and bathrooms were desperately needed when we arrived. I messaged the host about a 1/2 hour before we arrived in hopes that they would be available with the code. We arrived and still had to wait 10-15 minutes to get a response. The other improvement has to do with the pool. In order to heat the pool you needed to make prior arrangements, pay an extra fee, and have the pool heated for a minimum of 3 days. I would suggest just adding the fee into the initial cost so there isn’t confusion. By the time I realized the stipulations for the pool I had already booked our park days and we wouldn’t be around to use the pool 3 days in a row. My New England children didn’t care but I imagine if you are used to warm weather and/or expect a heated pool it would be a shock.

Good stay

The house was nice.check in could of been easier or with some communication . We got to the house an I had to message an wait for host to tell me anything, had to show id at a ring camera an wait again until I got a code to go in.. I messages days before I was to check in an nothing until I got therel the outside was way over grown bushes, dead palm leaves, kids couldn't playoutside due to grass not being cut , dead palm leaves was hanging over walkway.. the pool needed a vacuum ran thru it as debris at the bottom.. other than that.. nice quite neighborhood.. saw a alligator in the pond behind the house which was pretty cool for the kids.

Sehr gut

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es entspricht in allen Belangen den Status Empfehlenswert. Das Haus liegt etwas fernab dem Verkehr in einer ruhigen Gegend, jedoch innert Minutenist alles erreichbar. Bei Problemen ist die Vermieterin sehr bemüht, alles zu beheben. Die Vergnügungsparks sind innert wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir werden wiederkommen
