Absolutely amazing stay. Clean home. They have all of the amenities you could need. They even got us a hairdryer because we didn’t have one!

Property was excellent. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable furniture and amenities. Love the gazebo and outdoor space. Water access was a little further of a walk than expected. All in all, we loved our stay and will be staying at this property again when we return in February.

This was a very nice home. Beautiful yard with gazebo. Close to everything. We were only here for a short weekend trip but would happily book this home for a longer stay.

Great, clean, spacious place to stay. Make sure to bring toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), although there are nearby places to stop and get what you need. Loved our stay here.

It was the perfect house for our three-person girls' trip! We had a blast! It was very clean and everything worked well. Neighborhood was very quiet. Beds were comfy! We loved having the kayaks available and a relatively close place to put them in the water. The area was fun, and it was great to be so close to the Three Sisters Springs and fairly close to Homosassa Springs!

Very nice stay if we come back to the area we would definitely rent again. Suggestion would be to have little lamps on bedside table. Would highly recommend to others.

Great location and affordable. Central to all activities you want to do in Crystal River. The home was very clean and tidy with a great space for a family. The host was responsive and accommodating. Would consider staying again.

Perfectly as advertised. More than enough place for a small group to enjoy themselves and have privacy, too. We wish we had time to use the kayaks and outdoor amenities, as they looked amazing! Close to key locations for manatee swims, fishing, and other adventures

The master bedroom does not get good air flow it is a bit warm. The master bedroom is not comfortable. Other than that this property is fine. Nothing fancy. The light switches are in weird places. Comfortable and clean.

Beware if booking this property. Worst experience of my life. Owners first ignored my reporting if a health code violation. When owners finally responded basically denying there was an issue and implied in not so many words we either imagined our 5 little friends (the ones we saw) or they were brought by one of us. We take all health and safety concerns extremely seriously. Immediately upon being notified of a potential issue, we dispatched a certified pest control professional to inspect and treat the property as a precautionary measure. Our professional inspection confirmed no ongoing infestation, and this was an isolated report in our listing's history. While we always strive to provide a 5-star experience and accommodate guests, we cannot process full refunds outside of our cancellation policy when reported concerns do not align with our professional inspection results and house procedures were not followed.

Great spot! Perfect for a small group. Loved access to kayaks (in order to launch you do need to walk a little ways) and we did a little fishing which was awesome. Clean and solid communication. The Internet was finicky and down during our stay, but that's not what vacation is about for us.

We gifted our 3 grands with a long weekend at Crystal River. This house was perfect for the 5 of us! The appliances are brand new. Tastefully decorated. The beds were so comfortable with very soft sheets. (To me as a traveler, a comfy bed is most important!). The living room furniture was also new and perfect for the family. While not right on the water, it’s just a short walk away to the kayak launch. And yes! There were manatee in the cove the very first day! Highly recommended!
Manatee swimming is awesome!

The home is a nice home. It was not as clean I would expect but did the job for our two day stay. If you are staying here for scalloping they didn’t not have a hose to clean your boat. The home does not have a dock access but the boat ramp was close within 5 mins which is nice but the title of this home is deceiving.

Stayed at this cute home while scalloping. Great location with boat launches nearby and close to Kings Bay where we enjoyed 4th of July celebrations. Definitely recommended and will plan to stay here again!
