The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Only a few minutes to the Museum of Glass and an easy walk to some great restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood.

This is the most disappointing VRBO experience we have had. The positives were that the kitchen and upstairs bathroom were as explained in the description. The description said that it was within walking distance to downtown. The picture showed the house with the sidewalk, which one would assume is the sidewalk on the street. When we arrived, we had to tote all of our luggage up at least 30 stairs if not more. The steps were old, very uneven and not great for anyone. When we reached the house the front porch and landscaping was not kept up. The grass and greenery were overgrown, and the front door/porch was dirty and needed cleaning. Upon opening the front door, we were immediately overcome by a very musty smell. This smell lingered the entire weekend. I have asthma and was quite bothered by it. The back porch area was dark, dirty and not comfortable or welcoming for hanging out. There was no off-street parking - not mentioned in the amenities. We had to move our vehicle daily to the opposite side of the street. Going up and down the multitude of stairs. The room air conditioner in the master suite was not accessible to set the temperatures, without moving the bed. The air conditioner if the queen bedroom would not run as it was set. The bathroom rugs in the master felt and looked like that they hadn't been washed in a long time. Not happy with our stay and feel that the description of the home needs updating and not at all accurate.
