If I could give this home more than 5 stars I would. The owners cut no corners to ensure our stay felt like home. From the quality of the linens to every kitchen gadget and utensil, to the extremely friendly neighbors you will not be disappointed. It’s convenient to downtown and made utilizing Uber super easy. If you are looking for a great brunch spot while in town, go to Farmacy, you will thank me later!! Should our travels bring us back to Knoxville we will definitely book here again.

Such a beautifully decorated home. Spent a lot of time around the cozy fire pit and on the wonderful front porch. Plenty of parking, high end shampoos, soaps and towels, and space for all. Large bedrooms, closets and bathrooms. Close to downtown also. Most highly recommended!!!!

The house was very clean and very modern with all new appliances. Check-in was simple and easy. It was apparent that the hosts made an effort to go a touch above with the details- from the soap in the bathrooms, the quality of the towels, and the excellent bedding. We would absolutely stay here again!

Rocky Top Retreat is a gem,absolutely stunning. Usually in vacation rentals the pictures look great but when you get to the house there’s a lot of wear and tear etc..NOT this house! The bedding, the furnishings, the board games, the books, the kitchen utensils, everything was pristine. If I go back to Knoxville I will definitely see if this house is available for my family to stay in. Bryan was a wonderful host and always replied back promptly if I had any questions for which I am grateful. Thank you for lovely stay!!

Rocky Top retreat was truly that…a lovely home near the river, downtown, UT Knoxville, and a short drive to the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The house felt brand new with modern and cozy decorations, games and books. The beds and living room couch and chairs were very comfortable. The host was friendly and communication was easy. Definitley one of the nicest home rentals we have enjoyed!
Could see the sunset from the front porch area.
The whole property was well maintained and had charming lighting.
We finished one of the puzzles from their bookshelf while we were there.

A perfect stay for a wedding weekend. The house is immaculate with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of closet space too. The owner provides top notch amenities for the stay. Kitchen and living areas are also great. The home is exactly as depicted in the photos and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The location was ideal for us and easily accessible to downtown Knoxville. The host is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to any questions.

Everything was outstanding!!! I could not point out one thing about this home, it was everything!! All of us wanted to move in permanently!!! From the flatware to the refrigerator to the portraits turn TVs, the bathrooms, a hair puller, every single aspect of this place was totally thought out, everything was first class we loved it and you will too

Amazing New Year’s Mountain Getaway!This home was absolutely incredible and exceeded all expectations. It’s a modern smart home with everything electronic, including a Samsung smart refrigerator, which immediately set the tone for a high quality stay.The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels, washcloths, tissue, soaps, shampoo, a blow dryer, and even candles for a spa-like experience. If you forgot anything, it was already provided. As a chef, I was very impressed with the kitchen top quality pots, pans, and utensils made cooking easy and enjoyable. The laundry area was also stocked with washing pods and dryer sheets. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable with high quality mattresses, and the furniture throughout the home was beautiful and well maintained. Our family loved the board games, movie options, and cozy living spaces. We even rang in the New Year using the outdoor fire pit, which made the experience extra special.As a single mom, finding something that is both nice and affordable is important to me, and this home delivered. The owner is truly about hospitality and people, not breaking the bank. Every penny was well spent, and we left completely satisfied.The owner was kind, down to earth, and very responsive, checking in during our stay and even wishing us a Happy New Year. This was an unforgettable experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
