NEW LISTING! Looking for a getaway to the heart of Knoxville? This amazing unit has tons of space and a modern style that is sure to make for a great trip. The property is located in the Old City area of downtown and has all the restaurants and shops within just a few blocks. The Smoky Mountains are also nearby to make for a great day trip away from city life. At the end of the day you and your group can come back to a relaxing and spacious stay that is sure to please.

We recommend having a vehicle on hand!

- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- There are public paid Electric Vehicle chargers throughout downtown Knoxville, and there is not a free one available at the property. We recommend searching for close by charging stations, such as at ChargePoint Charging Station located at 811 Neyland Dr, Knoxville or you can try and check Electric Vehicle Charging Station at 520 State St, Knoxville, TN 37902.

FREE parking at 305 W Vine Ave.
We recommend using Google Maps, which will take you directly there.
If you're using Apple Maps, continue up Vine Ave a little farther—the lot is on the right-hand side, across from the back end of the Crowne Plaza and the large Catholic church.
- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest's responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.

- Please respect those in the building who live on the floor. They are residents and not guests, and it's very important that we respect their homes and be considerate of any loud music or noise. Thanks for serving those around you!

Free Public Parking Lot: 202 E Jackson Ave for additional vehicles.

- A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on your credit card as part of our verification process and will be released within 7 days.

Haven Vacation Rentals, LLC’s Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply. Renter will receive and agrees to sign the Terms immediately after making reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is 25 years of age.
- By booking you agree to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID directly to us. We will request this after your reservation has been made
- The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.
- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Unless authorized by the Property Manager, the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated in the listing or the reservation for the Property.
- Check-in is from 4:00PM until 12:00AM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property.
- No smoking is permitted on the Property at any time.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow.
- Renter authorizes us to bill the credit card on file for the full amount of the Rental Fee at the time of booking. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited.
- Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner will be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed on the property.
- Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the rental unit to ensure the Property condition is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. After the two-hour period expires, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You further agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with our efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Location and ease

We picked to stay here for a small bachelors party to be close to market square. It was such a great stay that we almost didn’t leave! Walking to everything you could want. Easy parking, tons of space and CLEAN! We loved it!

The location of this condo was great being near downtown and Old City. Was able to walk everywhere we needed to for food and entertainment. Would stay at this location again.

Overall nice place , with plenty of room. Clean and well laid out. Was 35 minute walk from stadium, so not as close as expected. Overall, good stay.

Convenient, clean, comfortable

Very modern condo in an old part of the city, quiet yet close to great restaurants and shopping. Fit our group of 9 perfectly. The lack of windows in the bedrooms took some getting used to, but the high ceilings kept the space from feeling closed in. Would stay there again.

Location is Great

Location is great. Walking distance to all of the restaurants, pubs, entertainment of downtown Knoxville. The loft itself is nice. All 4 bedrooms were a nice size and the 2 bathrooms are well placed. The ceilings must be 20 ft tall, yet it still felt cozy. Two very minor issues: 1)Just like others have mentioned, the walls between the bedrooms could use some insulation but it wasnt really too noticeable. 2)Finding the street address on the bldg was a bit confusing so just make sure to get a good look of the entryway pictures and should have no issues. If Im ever in Knoxville again and need a 4 bedroom spot, Im rebooking this condo. Thanks for a convenient stay, Haven!

Everything was awesome minus the check in

The stay was awesome but the door code didn’t work. Finally got ahold of the manager to change it. Took 5 times of changing the door code to finally get it to finally work. Took over an hour to get in the room which upset me and the group a bit. But that’s the only negative I have to say about the trip.
