Backyard lighting is on a controlled timer and goes off at 10 pm. Fredericksburg, Texas, has a light and noise ordinance that includes "quiet hours" from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.. This means that noise levels should be kept below a certain threshold during these hours, as specified in the ordinance; so sit back and relax in the peaceful Hill Country environment and take in the stary night sky after lights out in the tranquility and Cozy Hot tub while you sip on a glass of Texas Wine, or choose to relax in the audience of the dancing flames of the Fire Pit while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the Cleaning to us! Leave the bed sheets on and un-made! Place all used towels in the shower of each bathroom.
Please rinse off the dirty dishes and leave them in the sink no need to load the dishwasher. Remove any used items from the frig and discard of them.
Make sure you have checked all drawers and gathered all personal items. Please lock the door on exit before you leave and come back and STAY with us soon. Safe Travels Home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign an Acknowledgement of House Rules. Acknowledgement must be signed within 48 hours after booking.

The house is a true gem with great amenities! Host was just amazing all the way around and truly went out of his way to make our stay perfect even though it was snowy and icy outside. He even offered to let us stay another night if we weren’t able to get out due to weather. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back to Frederick.

Such a cute house where everything was very thoughtfully set up. We had everything we needed, and when I had to contact the host over the weekend, we received very quick responses. Everything felt clean and welcoming plus lots of little extras throughout the house. I would definitely stay here again for another Fredericksburg wine trip!

Me and my friends went to celebrate my best friend who is getting married. Location was great literally about three minutes from Main Street, house was great and the hot tub was even better. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re out in Fredericksburg.

The house was amazing we throughly enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. We enjoyed the house games left for our enjoyment. When I had a question, the host responded promptly. I would highly recommend this home.

We booked this property for a weekend trip to celebrate my wife's birthday with a few friends, and it exceeded all expectations. The level of hospitality was immediately evident, as we were warmly welcomed with a delicious birthday cake and a bottle of wine. The home itself was spotless and spacious, offering plenty of room for our entire group to relax and enjoy the weekend comfortably. The location couldn't be beat; we were just minutes away from Main Street. The added amenities truly set this property apart. Everyone enjoyed spending time unwinding in the hot tub and having some fun on the putting green. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious stay with great amenities and easy access to town.

We had the best girls’ weekend at The Cozy Core! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well stocked. The host went above and beyond — leaving us wine, water, candy, a fully stocked coffee bar, plenty of fresh towels, and thoughtful bathroom amenities. Communication was quick and helpful throughout our stay. Not only was the home clean, beautiful, and cozy, but the hospitality was truly 10/10. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this house! Super cute and clean. We loved that we were only 5 minutes away from downtown. And wineries are all within 5-10 minutes away. We absolutely loved the back yard! We will for sure come back and stay in this house! The host was amazing!
