It features a full kitchen, 3 baths, washer/dryer, TV/ DVD/ VCR, stereo, complimentary Wireless Internet Access, gas fireplace, a private hot tub and a BBQ on the patio at ground level and private parking garage for 2 vehicles. The dining room table seats 6 people and the breakfast bar comes with 3 stools. This apartment is 1280 sq. ft. and can sleep a maximum of 8 people.

Very spacious and roomy property!Hot Tub was hot and cleaned daily.Kitchen had plenty of room, counter space, and utensils/dinnerware/glassware/cookware for our group of 6 gourmet foodies to prepare our meals.Plenty of towels and dedicated hot tub towels next to door was a very convenient feature.Dedicated parking garage inside the underground parade was very nice also!We will definitely return for another stay.

Incredible condo!

We booked this condo for Foam fest weekend. 5 adults were expected and this place was nice and large. Well cared for with thoughtful details like 'muddy clean up' towels and hot tub towels at the ready. With three full bathrooms, this was a treat. The full kitchen was stocked nicely and the hot tub was great (105 is way too hot though) The patio size was fabulous and having a dog with us, being on the corner property was perfect. Access for the dog to use the grass was right off the deck. We would like to stay here again this year. Our only only minor criticism is that the bedrooms really need blackout blinds or blackout curtains because that sun is warm and bright at 4 am! Highly recommend!
