Great Place to Stay!

We loved it here! Super clean and space to spread out. 8 minute easy walk to the beach. We are so glad we stayed here and would stay here again.

Marsh Creek Cove

Tybee mid beach area is a perfect area for a family. The house was perfect for my grown children, grandkids and I to spend a week together- nice, short walk to the beach each day and gorgeous views of the marsh from the deck.

The stay overall was really good. The place was nice, clean, and cozy. The views were beautiful. Well stocked. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because all the patio furniture need to really be updated and second floor bedroom with balcony bed is so uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Noticed that the other units on both sides have updates on outside. This unit has not been taken care of in this manner. There was gray tape on the windows on outside of kitchen and bathroom windows which are an eyesore. As I said before very nice clean unit but need extreme upgrades. If it wasn’t for cleanliness and view I would have been extremely disappointed. If you are looking for an updated unit inside and out you may want to look for something else.

Perfect in so many ways. Quiet, access to the backwater is great. Very comfortable, the owners truly care about this property. Almost everything we could need or want in the updated kitchen. Will return!

My teen boys love to fish, so when I saw this house with a private dock, I was “hooked!” The location was perfect because it’s on a dead-end street and there was no car noise. The views from the multiple deck onto the salt marsh where we spent hours in the hanging chairs watching our boys fish and taking photos of birds was simply amazing. Inside, everything was immaculate and each boy was excited to have their own room and bathroom! I would 100% stay there again and have recommended it to other family members! Rent a golf cart! Enjoy!

With the Dolphins

What a lovely, tranquil location smack dab on a small estuary. We even saw dolphins in it! House is large with a wonderful porch overlooking the marsh where we spent a lot of time. Minutes from the ocean, restaurants and shops. We highly recommend Seawolf for gourmet hotdogs and renting a kayak on Lazaretto Creek.

Quiet marsh view

We really enjoyed the quiet sunrises and sunsets over the marsh from the two private decks with chairs, tables and swings. The main floor has plenty of space with a huge master bedroom and bathroom and large kitchens and den. We also used our kayaks to fish and explore the marsh creeks directly from the private dock. The house, location and amenities are what you would want in a quiet family beach vacation.

Escape to nature

This property was exactly what we wanted. The view on the back deck offered a marsh with birds and beautiful sunsets. All amenities were great. The only thing missing was shampoo. This property offered easy access to the local grocery store. Our first trip to Tybee Island was beyond our expectations. Great great walking trails and the beaches were less crowded then nearby Hilton Head.

Quiet,comfortable, salt marsh views

The place was tastefully decorated, very spacious well equipped, and in good repair. Only detail that wasn't up to expectations was the floating dock that was unstable and needed attention. The dock probably wouldn't matter to most renters but I had a very small boat that I'd hoped to leave tied up at the dock for exploring.

Peaceful location

We loved our stay at Tybee. The house was beautifully located on the peaceful marsh. We enjoyed spending time on the multiple decks overlooking the marsh and bird watching. The inside is quite spacious and very well furnished. The only slight disappointment was the master jet tub was not functional and we had to call the management company to find that out. That was quickly forgotten with our time spent enjoying the quiet location, reasonable walk to the beach (for multiple beach days I would recommend either bikes or renting a golf cart), very comfortable beds, well stocked outdoor closet for beach/marsh time and beautiful decorations. We would definitely stay at this house if we are in the Savannah and Tybee area again.

More than expected

The house was great! There was plenty of room, stocked with everything you’d need in the kitchen, and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the view off the decks and were lucky enough to see a pair of dolphins swim by as well as stingray. There was one initial concern, but it was not an issue. You enter the house and walk up to the main level of the house. Upon entry, there was an odor (mildew maybe) in the stairwell but it does not make its way to the rest of the house. We would certainly stay here again on a return trip to Tybee.

Perfect family vacation!

Everything about this place is perfect! Stunning views, spacious home, attentive/responsive management, great location! It is exactly as pictured and so so lovely and clean. We wanted a relatively quiet stretch of beach and this spot nailed it! It’s a short walk to mid-beach, which had people, but never got uncomfortably crowded (in mid July!). The outdoor shower at the house was perfect for rinsing off! You cannot beat the stunning marsh views and the stargazing at night was incredible! Check-in/check-out was seamless. The only problem I had was that the previous tenant had broken the carafe to the coffee pot. Someone brought us a new coffee machine in maybe a half hour tops! Housekeeping found some jewelry I’d left behind when we checked out and we were notified immediately and it was quickly mailed back to us! We would definitely come back, it was a fantastic rental.

Fabulous Property

A lot of time went into planning this duplex. The decks, grill setup, master bedroom, use of minisplits, etc, etc, etc were absolutely perfect. Amazing value for what you get.

Annual Tybee Family Trip

We took a chance on this property and it was great! We’ve stayed all over the island but had not been on the marsh until our stay here…it was incredible how quiet it was! Well taken care of and exactly what our family of 4 needed before school started!

3rd time in Tybee

The location is secluded and quiet. It’s far from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street. I highly suggest renting a golf cart for your stay because it’s a long walk to the beach, restaurants, or anything. The house had several great spots to look out over the salt marsh. We even saw a stingray in the shallow water by the pier!

Clean, comfortable, relaxing unit

This unit was perfect for 4 family members. We rented in December when the weather was cold (nights in the thirties) so we spent a lot of time in the unit. It was very clean and the master bedroom was large and comfortable. Although the TV remotes were not hard to figure out, my suggestion would be to have a fact sheet on using the remotes along with channel listings. We also had to call the rental agency to locate the master remote for the heat source which was located upstairs. Overall, we give it a 5 star rating and will be renting again when we know our schedule for 2021.
