This is a great and convenient location with easy access to the beach and a community pool. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The pool was large and had lots of seating. The on-site restaurant was fantastic too!

Great location

Easy beach access off the pool. Restaurant on location and others within a few minutes drive. The condo was clean and location was great.

Spring break on Tybee

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, and nicely furnished. The kitchen was particularly well outfitted, making meal prep a breeze. My huaband, kids and I enjoyed evenings on the comfy sectional. And we all loved that the beach and pools were just steps away.

Nice family area of Tybee

Nice place, family oriented area though this area of the island is only walkable to limited restaurants, gift shops etc, . quiet and tidy.

It had a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, our first night was cold and they weren't able to get heat on until the next evening. The managers kept me informed all along the way and the service man was personable. I am pretty housebound so having comfortable, airy and relaxing space with good kitchen materisls is very important. My family was able to do their thing and i was comfortable at the site. The parking area is a little confusing. Eventually, we figured it out. We did need to go to the Rental Office to get parking passes the next day.

Home Away From Home

The property was great. I wish the beach itself was cleaner and had more amenities, but the condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was exactly as described. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Great place to stay

It was a very cold and rainy weekend in Tybee Island and Savannah. We spent most of Saturday in the condo. It was very comfortable and nice place to relax. Everything looked really clean and well stocked with towels and sheets. Would definitely recommend other stay there. 5 minute walk to beach but short driving distance to restaurants and shops.

Getaway with a friend

Condo was nice and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Nicely decorated. No problems with the parking plenty of spaces. Pool area was very nice and the pool side restaurant had good food.

Huge condo

We loved the spaciousness of this condo. Having 2 king sized beds was so nice. The kitchen was nice and spacious and very well stocked with everything we needed. Nice view of the beach and nice covered parking. We will be back!

Girls Weekend

This property was fantastic. It had everything that we needed and was very comfortable. The location was great and the property was very clean. I LOVE that they don't use heavy/harsh chemicals to clean nor do they use air fresheners to mask odors (there weren't any) just making a point that one of my friends has asthma and we usually have to air out the place before she an even come in because most will use those smelly plug-in air fresheners. I will definitely stay that this property again if ever in Tybee.

Just as advertised

Exactly as advertised. Very spacious, comfortable beds. Great pool area, live music at the bar/restaurant. Short walk to the beach from pool area. Only one negative which was minor, brought ground coffee but coffee carafe was missing, I'm assuming someone previously broke it. There was a Keurig available, but had to buy pods, we no longer use them at home so I'll gift the rest to my neighbor.

Smelled bad

The rug in the master bedroom was soaking wet from the rain our entire stay. It smelled awful and like mold! A few family members got sick from the smell. I was really disappointed that we had to smell that the entire time.

Would highly recommend

Me and my husband took our mom's on vacation along with our 14 yard sold. The space is so open and the balcony brings in a nice breeze whether inside the living room, master bedroom or sitting outside. We spent most time at the beach which was a short walk. The pool area is spacious with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. Our son skateboards so we found a skate park about 20 minutes away. He enjoyed it. We went grocery shopping at Kroger. It was 15 minutes from the room. The kitchen is fully stocked. I would highly recommend and we plan on on going back one day.

Enjoyed seeing the island

We had very good communication with the renters. We had a leak and they we there within the hour to fix the sink. Loved having a restaurant by the pool for drinks and snacks. Overall it was a nice stay.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location. It’s mid-beach, so you can walk almost anywhere. Very close to the lighthouse, Ft. Pulaski and Savannah. Some street noise on the deck, but not bad. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with items you may need as well.
