This is the 3rd time staying here. Such a beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy paradise. Nice Kitchen, clean room. Great Air conditioning. The location was wonderful, in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Everything about our stay made our Maui vacation even more special. We made so many great memories and truly didn’t want to leave. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for an unforgettable stay

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Chris’s place. The condo was clean and spacious with everything you needed. Location was fantastic! Right across from Kam III beach and close to Wailea with all of the activities and gorgeous beaches there as well. Not a far drive to island must sees like Road to Hana, Volcano Park, or Upcountry. Close to airport. We could walk to a boat ramp where several snorkeling companies pick-up for tours. Easy walk to several restaurants and bars. Felt very safe. Great pool and hot tub area. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The condominium was in excellent condition and met all of our needs. It is conveniently located in Kihei and across the street from the beach. The complex is very well maintained and has a nice pool and spa. There are barbecue grills available to use and they are cleaned and serviced daily. We had a very pleasant time on Maui and enjoyed staying at this property. The owners were friendly and helpful. They seemed interested in us enjoying our time.

We had a decent stay in this Kamaole Sands unit during our time in Kihei. The property is large, well kept and nicely landscaped. It is located in a great spot within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It has everything you need, except for coffee the first morning. We appreciated having a kitchen for breakfast and lunch. It was wonderful to have beach chairs, an umbrella and towels. To be honest, the unit could use a few improvements. A Smart TV to enjoy Netflix on, a lighter color paint to brighten it up and better lighting. It felt a bit dark. The large dresser in the bedroom makes the room feel squished and I would suggest removing it and adding a tall dresser that fits in the corner. Newer bedding would be a nice addition. Unfortunately, Kamaole Beach III across the road is closed indefinitely due to extreme sand erosion and it not being safe. There are other beaches around that are great though and we enjoyed exploring the area. Mahalo!

Chris was a fantastic host! The newly remodeled condo is in an excellent location right across the street from the beach and close to restaurants, bars and shopping. My son and his wife spent their 10th anniversary there.

The condo was updated, clean and perfectly located. Kamaole Beach is a two minute walk. The grounds of the condo complex are lush and frequently manicured. Great spot!

The place was all clean and interior is beautiful, and I loved the kitchen. The bed was I hadn’t used before, so it was a bit confusing at first, but it can be adjusted with a remote, making it comfortable even for people with back pain or those who prefer a higher bed:)!. It looks chris care every detail for guests:)! Also, the room has great privacy window, and can easily let in plenty of sunlight. Everything was perfect.For reference, I had a hard time dealing with bugs at another place, but Chris’s home was very clean and well-protected with doors,windows, so I was able to stay comfortably in Maui without worrying about insects. I would love to come back again.!

Vacation.

The place was amazing. Main bedroom shower has great water pressure and the kitchen was stocked with more items than expected. The location is amazing given 3 beaches are very close.

Great condo great location

Wonderful 8 days in Kihei. Condo has beach chairs coolers beach umbrellas and beach towels. Always a great location. Highly recommend

Perfect Place

This property was perfectly situated across the road from a sandy beach. Kamaole Sands resort is beautiful and has a wonderful pool and hot tub area and our unit was roomy and comfortable. A perfect vacation.
