I’m not usually one to write reviews but the entire trip, from booking to checking out was easy.The house is extremely nice but more important, it was clean!!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was great, and we loved spending time at the beach. One of the most memorable moments was spotting a gator in the canal behind the house—definitely a true Crystal Beach experience! From a safe distance, of course. We had such a great time and made wonderful memories. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing beach getaway.

I cannot wait to stay here again! The home is in a perfect quiet area!! Not far from the beach with a cart. The host communicates quickly and immediately fixed the tiny problem we had. No complaints other than I did not want to leave! Homey, beautiful views, neighbors were so friendly, and has everything you need for a weeks stay!

Peaceful and tasteful getaway

Redfish Retreat is comfortable and well appointed with everything needed for a perfect stay. We know that it will always be clean, attractive and fishing will be fun . The covered dock and outdoor kitchen are great bonuses. We will always choose Redfish for our getaways.

It was great! The beds could be upgraded a little, but other than that everything was great. The fishing was great me and my family relaxed. It was a fun time. Thanks for the stay.

Great short stay

Property was as advertised. May want to add kurig only for coffee and also the internet didn't work at all the whole stay, other than these great stay.

place was just as good as the pictures if not better. weather while there was not good enough to enjoy all the outside amenities, but would definitely go back when it is warmer to hang with family or friends.

Very peaceful and quiet.

We enjoyed our week here, the location was very peaceful and quiet. The house overall was lovely, very clean and well managed. We had a little bit of a rough start when we arrived where someone was staying there that we were unaware of but the rest of the week was wonderful. Overall we would stay here again.

family fishing

great stay! took my dad and brother fishing. the temperature outside was extremely hot and the fishing was difficult, but still had a blast. the house was perfect location and everything was as always spot on. third time I have stayed at the house and every time it is clean and ready to go. wonderful place and looking forward to return soon.

Spring break getaway

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. Fishing off the dock, beautiful sunsets, close to stores, restaurants, and beaches. The house was clean and cozy. My only complaint is the lack of communication from the property manager. I had messaged several times with no response. Other than that, we very much loved our stay and would definitely visit again!

Nice rental in Crystal Beach

Let me start my review by saying that we owned a large vacation rental on Lake LBJ for 4 years, and that it is not easy. This property is managed by Vacasa, and my review was also left on that site, but has not been published. The good things about the property is there is plenty of parking, the fishing dock and the screened patio downstairs is a huge plus. We caught several fish on the fishing dock and even saw an alligator. The living room furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is large and spacious. There is plenty of cabinet space, countertop space, and a large pantry. I would suggest a drip coffee maker to be added Also, you are provided with one roll of paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, and two dishiwasher pods - enough for about 2 days The oven cooks uneven, so beware. Here's the rub - this is totally on Vacasa - the place is not clean. The grill was greasy and the catch tray was half full which caught on fire. The lights over the bar were greasy, the spice drawer was a huge mess with spilled spices, all the drawers were unorganized, the cabinet fronts were filthy, copious sand under the living room rug, hall bath was moldy, the quilts in the bedrooms desperately need to be washed (no blankets provided, so no choice but to use them), there were no remotes to the fans downstairs in the screened porch. We cleaned the lights, wiped down the cabinet fronts and pantry, pulled up the rug & swept. Raw sewage was bubbling up by driveway.

Weekend Get-Away

Went with Daughter and her family (kids 8 and 5). The kids loved fishing from the dock. The home was clean well-furnished and in a good location. Would definitely rent this home again.

The pictures do this property absolutely no justice!

Absolutely stunning property! The view was stunning the home was breathtaking! Every aspect we couldn't be more pleased with. I can't thank the property manager enough. The check in process was so simple. More relaxing and inviting ambience than I could describe in words. Every aspect of our stay was perfection to say the least
