Hello, there are four bedrooms with a half bath upstairs, full bath on first floor adjacent to master and bath in the basement. The home was recently painted and has new carpet installed upstairs.
A few details about the home, it is perfect for shopping downtown and is only three blocks to the lake. Two stall garage with plenty of parking for your snowmobiles or boat. Great for family gatherings, large deck and located right on mainstreet of Clear Lake. No need to stay in a hotel with four beds and plenty of space for entertaining. There are many activities for adults and children to share within walking distance of this great family home! Available for nightly or weekly/monthly rentals.

Fantastic central location in Clear Lake

Very well-equipped and comfortable house with a friendly and responsive host. We celebrated the 4th of July holiday here and had plenty of space to host a large family potluck. The house is also a prime location to watch the parade and is walkable to downtown restaurants and bars but still nice and quiet at night. Would definitely book this property again!

Check in was too easy, right across the street from local brewery, walked to coffee in the morning. Clean and well kept for an older house. Would love to come rent this house again.

The property worked well for us with our three adult children. We had a wedding reception at the Surf so the location was great! Enjoyed a nice walk down Main Ave to the lake, park, and Farmer's Market. No issues with the property! We would stay again!

This home is just lovely and the hosts are super responsive. My family enjoyed our stay in this lovely Clear Lake home. It is very close to downtown (3 blocks) and the City Beach is 6 blocks away. The home is well equipped with everything you would need for a family get-a-way at the lake.

A welcome basket greeted us as we entered. The house was clean with spacious bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. The location allowed us to keep the cars parked and walk to downtown, the lake and other locations. The garage was appreciated. Provided a wonderful setting for a family get together.
