Wake up to stunning ocean views from this third-floor Jacksonville Beach condo just steps from the sand. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from the living room, dining area, kitchen, or your private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. With direct beach access, a community pool, and walkable restaurants nearby, it’s the perfect coastal escape for couples, families, or small groups. Professionally managed by Good Morning Rentals.

Nov. 8–21: Exterior concrete repairs are scheduled at the building. Daytime construction noise is expected.

The building includes elevator access for easy arrival and is located within walking distance of local favorites like Mellow Mushroom, Metro Diner, The Refinery, and the Hampton Inn’s beachfront bar.

Beautiful unobstructed ocean views from the main living room. It was clean and with a well thought out design and furnishings. Awesome location within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping! Justin was an amazing host and communicator throughout our entire stay. We would love to stay here again :)

Great location, on the beach with lovely views. Also close to restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store. The condo is clean and well-stocked. Justin was very communicative and responsive.

A few dirty towels upon check in. And bathroom trashcan needed cleaning. Code for door did not work one evening but Justin responded quickly and came. Electronic lock needed new battery. Would like more direction on how to use the TVs. One in master and guest room not connected to anything. Difficult to rinse after beach due to water hose at pool not in working order. We’ve owned rental property so understand the real life challenges. Other than the above, we loved the condo! Would definitely come back! Beautiful view and cozy feel. Convenient to everything. Thank you hope to visit again!
