A quick walk or bike ride from OSU, Short North, and the Arena District, our 2nd floor apartment is nestled in the heart of Victorian Village. You'll experience this charming neighborhood's picturesque, tree-lined streets, meticulously preserved Victorian-style homes, and ornate architecture. The area exudes a quaint and welcoming ambiance, and its proximity to downtown Columbus offers you easy access to a vibrant arts scene, diverse culinary offerings, cultural attractions, and sporting events.

Arriving via a private entrance, you will have full, exclusive access to the 2nd and 3rd floors of our turn-of-the-century Victorian home, which includes free on-street parking across the street (first come, first serve), as well as one on-street permitted pass per stay. Enjoy the privacy of four bedrooms across this multilevel unit, with a central common living area and kitchen.

A well-appointed, cozy kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and various cooking and serving utensils is available for your exclusive use. A fully equipped kitchen provides the convenience to prepare your own meals. Be sure to visit Lucky's Market on Neil Ave (great beer and wine selection). The full-size refrigerator and freezer will also make sure you don't waste your leftovers from one of the many delicious dining options within walking distance.

During your stay, you'll enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in one of four bedrooms, each featuring a new queen memory-foam mattress. There is also two full bathrooms, with stand-up shower/tub combinations. We've also stocked your bathroom with individual soaps, shampoos, and conditioners just in case you might need them during your stay.

Just because you're staying with us doesn't mean you can't still be productive. We've provided you with 300MB high-speed wi-fi internet access and ample desk space to ensure your business doesn't skip a beat. But if you do want to relax and binge your favorite shows, each of the TVs is equipped with Roku, allowing you to access all your streaming channel subscriptions.

You'll also be able to enjoy a morning run or evening stroll along the quiet, tree-lined streets of this neighborhood, greeted often by the residents. Bike and scooter rentals are readily available along Neil Avenue (0.1 mile) to provide an easy and affordable way to explore Columbus.
