This home was awesome, and close to everything! Perfect location! Carter was great, the home was clean, and had all the amenities, the location was close to everything, even a running/walking path which was a bonus too! This is just a great place to stay, very easy check in and check out. Couldn’t be happier with this place! We were in town for a Father, son weekend, my brother and I and our adult sons, saw the Hornets and Panthers…and this home had plenty of space…just perfect. I highly recommend this place and will stay again if we make it back to Charlotte!!! It enhanced the trip and is a great peaceful home base for a trip to Charlotte.

My family had a wonderful time at this spacious, well-equiped duplex for a trip to Carowinds. Highlights were tvs in every room, fast wifi, comfy beds, and everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The best was how much our large dogs enjoyed the large fenced-in yard. The neighborhood was relatively quiet for being so close to the city and we felt safe there. Communication with Carter was great the whole time. Would definitely recommend this property and stay again.*Thought it worth mentioning we saw NO bugs in the home. It was very clean.

Host was very friendly and understanding, made sure we were properly accommodated. He let us stay a little longer after time got pushed back with daylight savings.

Carter was very responsive. House had everything you need and more. Very clean and trendy. Great host to dogs too!! Fully fenced property with a HUGE field and trail down the road.

The stay started off great the place was nice me and my family rented it out for spring break weekend! Then the nightmare started its ROACH Infested which is very unacceptable. I am able to deal with a lot of things but not roaches. I told him about the roach problem and asked if I could receive my money back and he explained that I could only receive 100 back which was unacceptable to me. he also explained that they had just came and sprayed for bugs, which means that they had a bug problem already. We vacated the premises immediately under the circumstances.

Jasmine, your reservation was for 2 people and you arrived with 8. We treat the home for bugs once a month, which is standard practice for maintaining a home in the south, especially when it is starting to warm up here in the spring. I'm sorry that you had a negative experience. You received $100 back which is what I would have made had you stayed out your second night. That is more than fair. The home obviously does not have a bug issue, since we have nothing but 5 star reviews stipulating cleanliness and great service.
