The view is incredible looking over the town of Coco and the beautiful ocean and mountains. The home is so clean and has a thoughtful design. Great for a big family or four couples with master suite needs and we all enjoyed having our own space. Alex did a great job coordinating all of our transportation. I highly recommend that because the mountains are no joke! Alex’s wife made us dinner one night, it was a great meal for the family. We rented motorcycles, Mega combo tour and enjoyed beach time with jet skis. What a fabulous vacation! Highly recommend it all!

Alex was a great host and the house was nice. We did have an issue locating the place as the VRBO directions took us to a completely different complex. This was very close to downtown. A few down sides, there was a new build beside us so the patio area was constantly dirty. You couldn't walk around the pool in bare feet or they'd be black. Also, below us lots of roosters and dogs barking so I wouldn't say it was quiet.

I appreciate you mentioning the navigation issue we’ll take a look at the VRBO directions to help make arrival smoother for future guests. The neighboring construction is a temporary project that should be wrapping up soon, and we’ll continue to keep the patio and pool area cleaned regularly. As with many neighborhoods near the city center, there can occasionally be typical local sounds like roosters and dogs. We recently stayed with family and friends at this truly outstanding property in Costa Rica. The house was beautiful, clean, and even nicer than the pictures portray. One of the highlights was the amazing ocean view from every room as well as from the beautiful pool and patio areas, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the home throughout the day. Our group consisted of 8 adults, which the home comfortably accomodated. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the en-suite bathrooms gave everyone plenty of room and privacy. The location in a gated community was a nice perk and we also had access to the community pool, tennis and pickleball courts and fitness center.The property manager, Alex, was an added bonus. He provided outstanding support throughout our stay that genuinely felt concierge-level—from welcoming us at the house and providing a complete walkthrough of all the features and amenities of the property, to coordinating excursions to the beach, parks and rainforest and arranging for a private chef. He also made extra services like grocery shopping during our stay easy to arrange. His attention to detail made the experience seamless.All around, the home surpassed what we expected and was the perfect setting for a memorable vacation. We’d gladly return and stay here again.
