We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Casa Magnificent is 1-minute drive to the beach of Playas del Coco. You have easy access to the restaurants and shops of the Las Palmas neighborhood and are just another 1-minute drive to downtown.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not easily accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.

👥 VARIABLE PRICING - Base pricing for this house starts for groups of 8.  Guests 9 + are charged $/pp/night. This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home.  Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing.

🚗 TRANSPORTATION - Casa Magnificent is located in a hillside community and the house is perched at the top of a hill. While a 4x4 vehicle is NOT required, a vehicle with good ground clearance is recommended. For larger groups, we recommend renting two SUVs rather than one large passenger van. Golf carts are NOT permitted as transportation from this home.
