Welcome to your dream getaway—a stunning 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom oceanfront villa w/ breathtaking Caribbean views. Recently underwent a complete renovation- inside and out. Every bedroom is en-suite, and 2 feature private balconies, perfect for watching the most epic sunsets. It’s one of the very few villas that offer a private, heated pool. Makes late night swims super fun! Swim in the warm, shallow water right outside the villa. Snorkel from our private dock, kayak, or paddleboard!
Our private villa is perfect for large groups or milestone celebrations. It’s set up great for families with kids of all ages or a couples trip! Workout in the private gym, or do morning Pilates on the turf by the water. Take a morning walk or run in the safe neighborhood. Grocery stores nearby and plenty of restaurants and bars! Rent the jet skis and zip over to the beach down the street and then take the skis to lunch on the water at Omar’s! It really is the ideal villa in the most gorgeous setting! Our family would love to host you.

After years of dreaming, we finally made it a reality by purchasing our own villa on this beautiful island that captured our hearts. Hosting has become one of our greatest joys—it allows us to share the magic of Turks and Caicos with others and watch families experience the same unforgettable moments we’ve cherished here. Our hope is that every guest leaves with memories as warm and lasting as the island sunsets.
Why they chose this property
The Chalk Sound and Silly Creek area on Providenciales is truly a hidden gem and one of our favorite parts of the island. It’s known for its calm, turquoise waters and peaceful atmosphere—offering a quiet, more private side of Turks and Caicos while still being just a short drive from incredible restaurants and two of the island’s most stunning beaches. We love that it gives you the best of both worlds: you’re slightly removed from the crowds and tourist buzz, yet close enough to enjoy all the excitement when you want it. It’s also extremely safe. The police station is at the end of our road so it is heavily patrolled.

We poured our heart and soul into every detail of the renovation, drawing inspiration from all of our years of traveling and staying in rentals—from when our kids were little through their teen years. We thoughtfully designed it with families and groups in mind, adding touches that make it convenient, functional, and truly special for guests of all ages. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, enjoying a family vacation, or simply seeking peace and privacy, you’ll find it here—along with the most breathtaking sunsets you can imagine.
