Located on South Linwood Beach, just south of the Linwood Beach Marina and Campground, this newly furnished house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen/dining area and laundry on the main floor.

This house has all new furniture, bedding, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. This charming property is perfect for a family beach getaway or a weekend filled with ice fishing and snowmobiling with friends. There is a heated, fish cleaning station in the garage. The property includes a seawall and a private ramp with beach/water access. Just 10 minutes north of Bay City, our place will help you experience everything the Tri-cities has to offer.

This listing is for the main level of the house. The upstairs will be furnished and available by Memorial Day Weekend.

Why they chose this property

We live in this neighborhood and wouldn't choose any other place to be! It is quiet, friendly, safe and relaxing. The road has a maximum speed limit of 25, so it is safe for walking and biking. You will also see plenty of golf carts in the warmer months.

What makes this property unique

This location can't be beat for summer and winter water activities. We are minutes from the Marina and Bay City. There is a tranquil animal farm across the road from the house, so be sure to bring some bread to feed the donkeys, goats and peacocks if you are traveling with children in the warmer months. The house has two large porches if you enjoy taking in the scenery. The water side of the house has a large yard, a new sea wall and a ramp for water access.
