Ven a visitar nuestro lugar en el paraíso en nuestro condominio de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños, totalmente amueblado, ideal para familias, con 2 balcones y 2 balcones con vista al mar
 
Vista completa de la costa de Maui (ver fotos tomadas desde balcones)
Tenemos una vista al mar desde los balcones dobles, el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar.
Esté allí para ver las ballenas migrar, puestas de sol todas las noches desde la comodidad de nuestro lugar.
Este condominio ha sido completamente actualizado con pintura nueva, pisos de madera y muebles. Es una unidad de esquina y el edificio de condominios está justo al lado de South Kihei Road, por lo que este condominio es tranquilo y fresco desde los vientos alisios de la tarde ventosa

Cama king size en el dormitorio principal, Queen en el segundo dormitorio y 2 camas gemelas en el tercer dormitorio.
Habitación con cama King y baño privado con mucho espacio en el armario con vista al mar.
Segundo baño completo compartido por otros huéspedes.
Aire acondicionado en la sala de estar y ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones y cocina completa con comedor independiente.
Los 3 dormitorios y la sala de estar están amueblados con televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD ROKU disponibles en la sala de estar con Netflix, Amazon Prime y MLB. Wi-Fi de fácil acceso para que pueda actualizar su estado de Facebook con sus imágenes de Maui

Tenemos un balcón fuera de la sala de estar y comedor con el otro balcón fuera del dormitorio principal, ambos con vista al mar sin obstáculos.
Asientos para 6 personas en la mesa de comedor con tapa de cristal, más asientos en la terraza y cenas adicionales disponibles en el séptimo piso Rooftop Garden, donde le esperan 2 parrillas a gas con barbacoa y vistas panorámicas sin obstáculos del océano y la montaña

Ambos baños tienen duchas renovadas con cabezal de ducha manual; el baño principal tiene un hermoso detalle de ventana de vidrio grabado y baldosas de piedra y cabina de ducha de bloque de vidrio, mientras que el segundo baño tiene una bañera, no un establo. Todas las habitaciones tienen un montón de espacio en los armarios y cajones para guardar sus pertenencias. Pisos de madera en toda la entrada, comedor y sala de estar.

La propiedad Kamaole Beach Royale Resort tiene muchas comodidades. En el lado noroeste de la propiedad, una piscina de tejas con calefacción solar en un jardín con ducha al aire libre tiene muchas tumbonas para relajarse y broncearse. Hay una cancha de tejo en el nivel del suelo. Para entretener a los huéspedes y a la familia, el séptimo piso Rooftop Garden y la habitación Aloha están disponibles para sus necesidades. El Rooftop Garden cuenta con vistas panorámicas al mar y a las montañas sin obstáculos, 2 nuevas parrillas de barbacoa de gas y muchos sillones y asientos de comedor. La habitación Aloha se encuentra justo al lado del vestíbulo y tiene una cocina completa, un montón de cómodas sillas y sofás, y una biblioteca de préstamos para el intercambio de libros. We loved this condo! The proximity to the beach was perfect, and all the little touches provided inside made our stay really comfortable. We had a small issue during our visit, but Connie responded quickly and worked hard to get it resolved. Overall, a great stay and we’d happily come back.

The location was even better than I imagined with a nice view from the balcony. The property is very clean and the use of beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

The condo is beautiful & the view amazing. After a couple of days in tourist busy Waikiki Beach we were glad for a slower paced beach town. The condo has all the basic needs from beach equipment to kitchen appliances. Very family friendly. The only minor issue we found was it was hard to keep the front bedrooms cool, the AC unit did fine in master bedroom and main living areas, but didn’t quite reach the front bedrooms. But it also maybe a function of the time of year, probably better in cooler months. I would still totally recommend this location for a wonderful stay. So much better than a hotel!

Bring your suitcase and stop for a few groceries and your set! Connie has everything else you need. She is an incredible host. The location is perfect, beautiful views of the ocean, a beautiful beach a 1/2 a block away. The beach is perfect for all ages to enjoy. Turtles swam through close to the beach almost everyday. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. This was a perfect location for our family to enjoy the beautiful island of Maui.

Wonderful

The BEST location. Sunsets are breathtaking and this location is so central to all your needs. All of the extra amenities of this condo are certainly a huge perk. The owner is very easy to work with and we would certainly come back. Great for families and plenty of room for 6 adults. We really enjoyed this side of the island.

The condo was perfect for our multi generational group. The unit itself was fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a small AC unit for the whole unit, but we found that putting down the balcony shades during the day and opening the large patio doors and windows at night created comfortable conditions. Having the beach gear was a great bonus and we loved the pool area. The location can’t be beat for access to an awesome beach right across the street and several others a short car ride away. Good restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well as convenience stores, beach equipment rentals (check out Auntie Snorkel nearby for wagon rentals to carry your gear to the beach!) and lots of other shops. Honestly I don’t think we could’ve found a better location on the South Shore for the what this place has to offer. Would definitely love to come back!

Perfect Location

The view is amazing. Even better than imagined. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking out to the water. Would have been nice to have binoculars, so make sure to bring them during whale season. It was wonderful to have a clean beach right across the road that took only minutes to walk to. The condo was a bit smaller than expected but fine for 5 people. Kitchen is kind of tight but workable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything imaginable. The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo and conditioner too which was a nice surprise. The beds were not uncomfortable, the air conditioning and fans were much needed, and the beach chairs were a fantastic addition. There were other beach items too but we didn't use them but would be nice especially if you bring kids. The area is right off a main road so was a little on the noisy side during the day, but wasn’t bad at night. It is a very central location so easy to walk to shops and restaurants or drive all over the island with ease. The parking spaces are very tight, so rent a smaller car. The BBQ/shared space was a great place to relax and socialize with others in the building. The property was clean and felt very safe.

Maui vacation

We spent 5 nights in this place on Maui. It had a great location, communication from the owner was excellent, and the accommodations were great. Kitchen was particularly well equipped with everything from an Instant Pot to a crockpot.

Maui Adventure House - A must visit location

Our Family of 5 greatly enjoyed this house. Great bedrooms, balconies over looking the ocean, plenty of beach toys to use (chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, flippers, sand toys, boogie boards), kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/cups/plates/etc, located so close to the beach, shops & restaurants. We enjoyed time at the beach in the morning, cooking at the house, swimming in the pool at night, and relaxing with a coffee on the balcony watching the sunset. This really felt like a home away from home.

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay in Maui, thanks to Connie and team. The condo is just as described and the view is just amazing! The beach is walking distance and both balconies are ~icing on the cake. The sunsets we could see from there were very beautiful! All amenities in the condo including the beach accessories really helped us enjoy our vacation. We would love to stay again.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Check in / check out was simple. Connie is very accommodating with everything you need for your trip. It was great to have the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkel gear. Everything was clean and well stocked and ready for our vacation. Many sunsets were watched from the deck. The close distance to the beach and shops and restaurants was perfect. Only used the car for adventures. We would absolutely stay there again. Thanks again Connie

Excellent Experience

The property was extremely well stocked and maintained. We had everything we needed to make the beach experience top notch. The location was prime with several restaurants within a short walk. The only negative was the air conditioning. The single wall unit was loud and did not service the bedrooms. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms did help at night.

Exactly as described.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our adventures. Fans in every room, coolers, beach chairs, boards and snorkel gear were available to use. Great views of the beach and west Maui from the lanai as it’s on the 5th floor. Rooftop bbq was used for one of our sunset dinners, and the view was even better up there. We had a great time.

We are a retired couple whose family is so important to us that we wanted to buy our place in paradise to share with our son, daughter in law and especially our twin grandkids and other family members.
We live in San Diego,close to the ocean but it is normally to cold for me to go in.
One of the reasons I fell in love with Hawaii is the warm water. We like the water at Lake Mead because of the same reason and enjoy spending time there.
I guess you can say that we are water babies except we are not babies.
We would probably spend more time in Maui but it is hard for us to leave our golden retriever who gets to go on our vacations when we drive and loves the water more than we do.
We are native Californians growing up during the "surfing revolution" and both of us did all we could to be at the beach on our summer breaks.
While we worked in retail we also invested in rental property so it was a natural fit for us to move into vacation rentals.
This is our 4th vacation rental ,2 in Mission Beach, San Diego the other one in La Quinta ,Ca. in the Palm Springs area.
Since 2013 when we had our first vacation rental we have perfected managing them getting more 5 * reviews than anything else.
When we travel we stay in vacation rentals and some have been good and some not so good so we do understand the importamce of honesty,cleaniness and access to us not a property manager. Our pictures are actual pictures of our place not made up.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

One of the things that impressed us most about this unit was the magnificant view you can see it anywhere inside and on our balconies with the exception of the back bedrooms and bathroom. Kick back and relax while viewing the ocean and beyond. We have been landlords for full time renters for many years but in 2013 we bought our first beach home in San Diego and started in the vacation rental business.
This has been very rewarding for us knowing that we have something to do with the people that we rent to having an great rental experience enhancing their vacations.
Since this is a new place for us please take a look at our 45-5 Star reviews on listing 3508021 in San Diego and you will see that you will have no issues renting from us.
We strive to make our guest have an enjoyable experience so they can just enjoy their time on vacation.
I also rent homes when we go places and I wish they were all up to my standards.

The View and proximity to the ocean are fabulous we are on the 5th floor with an elevator . The higher up the better the view. On the 7th floor besides the view and sunset there are grills, tables & chairs where you can dine or just enjoy the sunset with friends. Our building has practically the only 3 bedrooms available.
There is the Aloha Room where you can go enjoy books, games and a TV and just get away if you need some quiet time or you can reserve it for gatherings.
Nice solar heated pool with lounges and onsite parking.
