The condo was very nice and was perfect for a small family consisting of my family and my sister and my niece. It was clean and walking distance to the beach and shops. It was VERY nice they provided beach chairs, an umbrella and 2 ice chests which were super convenient!! The ONLY issue we had was the refrigerator in our unit stopped working and unfortunately, we had food items spoil. Buying groceries in Maui isn’t cheap compared to where we’re from (Texas & Montana), so it was a L inconvenient. HOWEVER, we contacted the property manager and they brought us a small refrigerator for the rest of our groceries which was awesome. They did everything to try to correct the issue ands communication was on point!! Very responsive and super nice!! They are even compensating some of our food items. So overall, Maui will always be my favorite place in the world AND the condo was very nice!! Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Pacific Shores! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had great amenities. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, which made everything so convenient.The only small downside was that essentials like toilet paper and garbage bags weren’t replenished during our stay, so we had to purchase our own once we ran out. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our time and would happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location with lots of beaches, food, shops in walking distance. Condo was well organized with three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was perfect for the 5 of us. The washer and dryer were very helpful as was being located on the bottom floor.

The home is nice and lovely, very close to beach and shopping, food etc. Very convenient for us. We only had issues getting access to the pool as we were given 3 different codes but that was an easy fix. I saw a notice about the home and how to keep the trash collected etc because of the island bugs around the house and critters, just to inform everyone.. they are not island bugs, they are German house roaches.. in the kitchen area mostly day or night, they were out. But beds are comfortable and the home has air conditioning in each room which was nice.. we enjoyed our time there except for having to share the kitchen space with the roaches. Overall, we had a great time!

Great Location

The condo is in a great location, with the beach right across the street. It is fairly centrally located, making trips to the northwest coast, and the road to Hana equidistant.

Great Location

Loved the place overall short walk to the beach and shops. Pool, hot tub were great and it felt very safe. Would stay here again, our only complaint would be that the floors were dirty but everything else was clean.

Amazing stay!

We had such an amazing time staying here in Kihei. The VRBO was all recently renovated with new washers, dryers, etc. spacious enough for 6 and came with beach supplies. The walk to the beach was super quick 5 mins max and great restaurants all walking distance as well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

VRBO condo was amazing! Three bedrooms with three bathrooms which if you are sharing is wonderful addition. Condo was as described with TVs in each room and a TV in the living room. Perfect for a shared family or friends situation. Would recommend!

Good location. Great view of the parking lot. People who live above dont know how much noise they make.

While we strive to provide a peaceful environment for all our guests, unfortunately, we have no control over the noise from the adjacent units nor the surrounding neighborhood. As a host, we are doing our best to describe our unit and set guests expectation, thus information about potential noise was added to our listing descriptions and disclosures. Great Unit & Location

This was a great unit because it has 3 bdrms all with their own bathrooms. It is in a great location too, across the street from the beach, 20 mins from the airport and in the middle of great restaurant's and shopping. A must stay.

Great location

The place was nice and quiet. The location was awesome. Walking distance to the beach, store or restaurants. The only items that was not usable were umbrellas that were there, but broken.

About the umbrella left at the property, it must have been from the previous guests because we do not provide umbrellas. We will make sure to remove it to avoid confusion. Family time in Kihei

We loved the convenience of this property. We could walk to many restaurants and beaches in both directions and just a short ride to the resort beaches for excellent snorkeling. It was also nice that each adult couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The property managers were available for any needs.

Great location, nice spot for family

We were looking for 3br 3bath and this fit the bill. Ground floor access was handy. Easy walking to shops and beach. Had 6 beach chairs & cooler which was handy. We used the BBQ and pool areas as well.

Lovely and as described

Very enjoyable stay, and condo was great. Only glitch was the passcode for getting in the unit when we arrived; a couple of phone calls solved the problem.

This condo had everything we needed. So close to the beach. I received excellent customer service with Maui Properties. Would stay again.
