LOFT GÉANT AVEC BAIGNOIRE JACUZZI, 9 DOUCHES DE DOUCHE, PLUS DE 4000 PIEDS CARRÉS

Le loft est une grande zone avec un lit king size, 2 grands lits murphy construits, et deux lits jumeaux. Il est situé sur 2,5 hectares avec des chevaux qui est à distance de marche de la forêt domaniale Withlacoochee. Le loft a une table de billard, cuisine en acier inoxydable avec une cuisinière à gaz et un four de confection. Plus d'un million de dollars a été dépensé pour ce bâtiment. Il y a deux espaces de carport pour le loft, la piscine, le jardin des papillons, Bose entourent un son, une bibliothèque verticale, très moderne. Télévision par câble et wifi rapide, linge de maison. casseroles et poêles, laveuse et sécheuse etc., etc.
Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous ou prenez une douche rafraîchissante dans la douche de 9 douches. Nous sommes animaux de compagnie.

Faded Glory

The apartment and property have not seen any careful attention in a long time. Stained and pet urine smelling carpets throughout. The electrical wiring is a nightmare. It is a life-safety and fire hazard waiting to happen. What was once a well planned bachelor pad is now an outdated refuge. The owners pets that were kept in the apartment below and would bark all night when left alone. That happened way too often to be anything but an annoyance. I could not recommend staying here.

Our caretaker loaded their luggage in the elevator for them to take upstairs, we were asked to change a light bulb and clean a new rug in the living room so we did, I was told all was fine. They went biking all day till evening enjoying nature coast. Their dogs were left alone all day and they relived themselves wherever they could. Their dogs would bark which would set off my foster dogs barking day and night. Tried to call, text, knock on door no communications. I guess not being able to use use a remote control ceiling fan is a fire safety hazard? I was told all was good their entire time I would ask them in person. Very surprised from this review as you can see I have 5 stars from everyone else and on other vacation sites.

Pirates Adventure

The owners were very nice and accommodating. What an amazing place! Everywhere you look you can’t help but be amazed at the crafting and the ocean adventure this apartment/Loft is!😃My grandsons especially were mesmerized by the pirates and mermaid’s that practically reach out and play with your imagination! The decor was fun and the master bedroom was so comfortable. The amenities are just what we needed. A evening swim with the lighting acting as stars shining in the sky further making you feel the richness of the ocean where you can imagine seeing Black Beards ship in the distance. We all enjoyed Jeckly and Hyde the two rescue squirrels. The hosts Linda made sure to put a bag of peanuts on the kitchen bar next to the two’s life story adding to our relaxing and warm adventure. We loved the place and highly recommend it for those with a family.

This is a unique property. We really enjoyed our stay. They also love pets. Very clean, and the property provides you with everything you need.

It was great

Everything was great. My only real issue were the lack of dark curtains to keep the daylight out early in the morning. But all else met my expectations.

I rarely get to enjoy this marvelous loft apartment, but I am happy to share it! I work in palm beach during the week but try to get home some weekends to ride my horses. I have rescued over 300 dogs and 10 cats and 15 horses. I believe animals are part of ones family that is why we accommodate pets when you visit the ranch.

Property is situated very close to the forest, it is very quiet, never floods and the building is steel with hurricane resistant windows. In the spring and summer you can enjoy the swimming pool, butterfly garden etc, etc.

Very high ceilings, Jacuzzi tub, 9 shower head shower with hot water on demand you never run out of hot water, pool table, outdoor area to sit on each end of loft- one end oversees the pool and the other is a relief station for your pets.
